My first "haircut" experience wasn't good at all. I was greeted pretty nicely, the hairstylist spoke to me pretty nicely. Haircut - the hairstylist was pretty rough on me. No idea y she was trying to hurry everything. She clipped my ears too with the clippers which started bleeding. It seemed liked she wanted to finish off my haircut in 10 mins (I came on time for my appointment and my appointment also started 2 mins after my scheduled time, so all good there) Payment - I really do not understand why do I have to speak out loud what tip I want to add, so weird. The hairstylist made sure she is around doing some or the other work so that she hears what tip I say. Once she heard that, she went off inside. I would be hesitant coming back.

For the price, you get a great value. Normal haircut comes with consultation, shampoo, hot towel, and a neck shave with a razor. The best part about capelli's isn't the value though, it's the service. Great barber's that are very conversational and personal. And they even take notes on your hair cut so that they can remember it next time! They go above and beyond most other places in Seattle.

Rang and made a booking for 2pm arrived after walking 10 mins in the rain to be told they never recieved my call. I showed the lady the number I dialled and she stared blankly not recognizing the number. The number matched both google and the number on the signage out front.

Been coming here since I moved to Seattle. Great place for guys who want more than just a quick haircut. Lot of extra services and nice amenities. Staff is super friendly and professional. You get what you pay for so even though it's obviously more pricy than supercuts and similar places, it is totally worth it. They have embraced technology to make scheduling easier and to keep track of what you got in the past and who worked with you, with the ability to review it all online. There's a lot more I could say but this review would become way too long so I'll just finish by saying I highly recommend trying it out.

Fantastic barber shop, great location, friendly staff, comfy space. I've been going to Capelli's for years and they just opened this new location. Closer to work, conveniently located in the Amazon Doppler tower. I have literally never gotten a bad haircut from this place; highly recommended.

Great place to get a haircut. The price is high but it is a high end experience. They have drinks and even espresso. Haircuts come with a wash and neck shave. Never had a bad haircut here.

I struggle with finding a great barber. When I find one I am loyal and stick around. I moved to Seattle from Hawaii where I had a great friend who cut my hair at her salon every three weeks to keep me clean. I loved it. When we moved here I just decided to go to the closest cheap cuts place near my house. Very hit and miss. My last hair cut had me in tears and put me into hiding for 6 months. I knew I was going to have to spend a little extra to get a better experience. I found Capelli’s near Amazon. I dreaded because it was downtown, traffic, parking, etc. My first visit changed my mind. The lovely lady Molly cuts my hair and shaves my face (a little man pampering). When I go it’s like hanging out with a very dear and close friend. At this point I would consider her that. I love going. The experience is top notch and it is worth every penny. I don’t dread being there. I have no negative input to give regarding the space, the people or experience. I have found MY barber. P.S. Give Molly a raise. She is incredible.

Schedule an APT via their web interface, which ultimately broke during the process of registering a new account....of course I found that out AFTER taking time away from work to walk over. But don't worry, you can walk over to their other location.

Capelli's is a classy modern barber for the modern man. Beverages, comfy leather seating and entertainment are provided while you wait. Their companion app is a nice touch for managing your appointments. Dark wood, leather and modern music set up a luscious and relaxing atmosphere, it's the only place you'll want to get your trim, price notwithstanding.

Trying to book an appointment is useless. There is no app....the online system is broke and their behind the scenes IT/Billing system is garbage. For months they could not find my account in which I paid a cool $600 for the yearly membership...I had to take screenshots from bank statements and send them over. Several times I had to pull up my bank statement at the store to tell show them I paid the yearly membership. An unorganized, falsely advertised, an broken company. Stay away

It's a hassle every time I go there. Earlier in the year, I paid for the year-long executive membership and have been in around 8x now. I've tried various stylists and they're all good people and skilled. However, the appointment and billing systems have been nightmares. I was erroneously double-charged and it took NUMEROUS phone calls by myself and my own stylists. Finally three months later I got my refund without so much as a call or email from the office. I just noticed it in my account one day. Their new appointment system is horrible. It double-books clients and after being assured that all the "growing pains" issues are resolved, I logged in today to book an appointment and the webpage has no "book" button, just the calendar. I'm a hair (lol) away from asking for a pro-rated refund and going elsewhere. It's disappointing when you WANT to like a place and they seem to go out of their way to make it difficult.

Several of the barbers here are on point. Many places in Seattle charge a lot for a haircut. This is the place I go to when I want that high cost to be worthwhile. The only downside is that the app they use to book appointments doesn't make it easy to keep track of previous visits. It's frustrating to get a different barber because you didn't make note of their name. Profile pictures would be super helpful. The one barber whose name I do recall is Alexandria who has consistently given me a solid cut that has prompted several compliments.

Jeremy C is the best guy for the job. Just flew in from CA and needed to get a cut. He took his time and listened to what I wanted , took his time and nailed it! Thanks man. Highly recommend him to anyone.
