I called the day before and asked to set an appointment for the following day at 10 and they told me they were booked then and they would be able to take me at 11. Ok, I came in the following day at 10.45 only to find them closed. Waited till 11 and nothing... so I called and the guy that answered sounded like he had just woke up and made up excuses (nothing reasonable or within reason) about the other guy saying he was supposed to be there and blah blah.. only to say that he will be there in less than 10 minutes... so I waited for about 30 minutes and nobody showed up and so I left... TERRIBLE BUSINESS and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

If you want a bomb haircut, good vibes and a couple of good laughs...Jerry is the one you have to go to!!! I dont agree with the 1 n 2 star ratings. If there is mix up or someone shows up and waits a long time, Jerry is always willing to work with the customer. He is about the customers and the community! TL;DR - Pivotal/Jerry is great! After years of awful haircuts at chain places (Great Clips, Super Cuts, etc) I decided to Google an actual barber to cut my 11 year old son's hair. Pivotal popped up, had a nice website and was close by so I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! While the actual barbershop doesn't look like much from the outside, don't let that deter you. Jerry is both personable and good at what he does - my oldest is very particular about his hair (and has an awful cowlick that no one else seemed to know what to do with) and asks to go to Pivotal every time now. I've started taking my 1 year old son along for haircuts and they both look great when we leave (and the cuts grow out so nicely!). Definitely the barber to go see!
