I like the place for it's consistency, the use of a straight edge for the back of your neck, hot towel, and a quick scalp massage. Feels like a trip to Oki, (Though the owner is Vietnamese). The owner is very nice and customer oriented. I have been going there for 4 years now. I got one bad haircut from a new employee. She noticed before I did, sat me down in the chair and fixed it, then that haircut was free as was the next one. Everyone makes mistakes, it is crazy to expect perfection, but that is why I like this place. The owner is always there and she cares about her customers.

My son goes to this shop and he is so pleased with how they cut his hair. If you want a fade haircut this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Great haircut to say the least. I lived in South East Asia for some time and have been all over the region. Park Barber Shop is just like over there. Very fast, great, and cheap cuts done exactly the way you want. They give complementary head massages with every cut. They offer shaves, beard trims, and much more.

I travel extensively for work and typically get my haircut on the road in various states; never home long enough to have it done here at home. Well that was different this time, and after 2 years I will not go anywhere else and will wait a little longer between each cut. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. I may have a shave next time for the experience, although I already use a straight blade. Thank You and I look forward to visiting more often!!!

I asked for a slight trim on top and my stylist proceeded to cut off more than half of that hair... and accentuate a receding spot in my hairline. I had a feeling it'd be a bad cut the second I sat down and noticed a photo of a bowl cut on the wall across from me. at the end I was given a very uncomfortable and lengthy head message and hot towel but the towel wasn't even used to try to get the cut hairs that were on my scalp. less is more with a haircut. get the approval of the person's hair you're cutting before you chop off a ridiculous amount. that should be cutting hair 101.

My dad went for a haircut and shave while waiting for my family’s yearly pictures at portrait innovation and he said it was one of the best he has had in a very long time !! You just don’t find barbers like this place any more we are from Culpeper Va and he said it is well worth the 45 min drive to go to this location! They even added in a hot towel and massage afterward! Great place!! Very friendly environment! Cheap prices!!

I have seen three ladies for the last five haircuts/beard trims/shaves I have received. The are, in order from the door to the back - Van, Kim and Kaytlyn (Spelling might be wrong for Kaytlyn). I have had my hair cut by Van twice, Kim once and Kaytlyn twice. All three of them cut my hair extremely well. The first time I went in, Van cut my hair and it was slightly off by a bit but was no reason not to come back. Since that first cut, every cut afterwards have been spot on and if you see something you don't like, they will fix it but it doesn't happen often. Now, I have to say this - if you like gentleness and goosebumps, Kim is the one you want to see. she is extremely good but I am not a fan of that happening - that is just me though. Kaytlyn is very good, not aggressive but you know she is getting the job done and she is not scared to use a razor and the same thing goes for Van. Now Van - she gives the best massages at the end - could have just been that day but so far, it was the best. She figures out what you like and then hits those points a few time throughout but not focused on it. Just so we are clear - this is not a massage that is going to leave you tired or relaxed, it is just a nice ending to haircut. All and all, when my son is ready for his first cut, he will be going there - by far, the happiest I have been with getting my haircut in Fredericksburg. Also, being a prior Marine and getting the med/fade all the time, they just know how to do it and I appreciate that.
