Been going here for years but it's never open on time and I haven't been able to get my haircut

Every time I have been on leave from the Army, I would go to this Barber Shop and have my hair cut by JoAnn. She is very personable and makes the experience what it should be. Good conversation and a great haircut. The price is a lot less than any other barber shop I've been to and there is a great discount for military personnel. Excellent barber shop.

NEVER open on time! Waited 15-25 minutes, on several occasions for the woman to show up. Only one barber.
