Kathy did an amazing foil highlight on my hair. I was really nervous to have someone new color my hair as I’ve gone to the same person my whole life but I desperately needed my hair done here in Burlington. Kathy was very knowlegable and skilled it resulted in beautifully even highlights that I love! Absolutely would recommend her. On top of all else, the price was fantastic for this area. I will be returning in the future!!

They are never friendly.. last 2 times we have gone there on a Sunday "sorry were closing" really!!! The cuts are horrible.. never wasting my time there again.... sorry guys

This place was awful! If you are considering going to a salon, even for a quick trim, there are way better salons to go to in the South Burlington area. The woman who did my hair had no idea what she was doing and treated me like an alien because my hair was a little wavy and required a good blow dry. The customer service was non-existent. I plan to spread the word about this place but I don't think have to because all the young people in town told me that I should never have walked in to begin with. They were rude on the phone and rude in person. They should also consider going to a big city and learning how to do all types of hair and a little thing called courteous customer service (especially given the fact that they are located near a strip a various hotels where a large variety of ethnicities like to stay) but I guess that's too cutting edge a thought for them. I wouldn't even send my grandmother to this salon.

They are always so nice here! I brought my daughter here to have her haircut for the first time, and the lady who did her hair was so gentle and patient. My daughter even said she wanted to go back the next week! & their prices are great! Highly recommend

I had long hair (should length) and decided to go for a short sassy cut. I presented three excellent photos front side and back of the cut i wanted. What I got was every girls' worst nightmare come true! I now have a SUPER short haircut that is very very masculine, completely inappropriate for my age and appearance and I just look like an idiot. I'm so embarrassed. I will NEVER do this again!!

Had an appointment at 2:00 pm. Stylist refused to take me after arriving at 2:03. She was cutting another customers hair while also answering phone calls and said she had a 2:15 and would be unable to cut my hair until 4:30. Had a wedding to go to that day. Highly disappointing experience when it is usually a solid place.

Such a great place!! I absolutely love it. Extremely affordable and these ladies know what thier doing. I've been O'Brien's , jcpennys but this is the only place I go. Why pay more for the same thing. Last time I was there was last month. I had about 6 inches taken off and was extremely nervous but they took great care of me and I'm completely in love with my hair.

It was a nice haircut spot where the barbers are nice and they are gentle. I only had 3 complaints. 1 is that it is in a pretty weird spot and you have to be careful around traffic. 2 is that it was WAY too cold with the AC at around 60 degrees. But I understand it was a 90 degree day out. Also the book of haircuts I found was ripped up on the inside. All in all I would come again someday.

Very awesome ladies that work here! Super nice and do a great job with cutting hair! My 4 year old was comfortable and relaxed and she made her feel safe and talked to her the whole time! The only place our family goes to get our hair cuts! I just went there and they did a fantastic job with my cut! Pictures are the cuts my daughter and I got!

Do yourself a favor and go someplace else to get your hair cut. I went there twice. The first haircut was ok. nothing spectacular but good enough to justify going back. The second time I asked for layers and ended up looking like a mushroom. They were so bad that I had to go back and have a different hairstylist fix my hair. It looked better but still not right. I went to another salon to get my hair fixed and they were shocked a "professional" had cut my hair. One side was TWO inches longer than the other side and the stylist said the "mushrooming" layers happen when someone does not know how to cut layers.

I went in and was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. As I waited I observed the hair cutters doing little cutting and a lot of talking. After 30 minutes one of them finished and then cleaned while ignoring me. I left. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend.
