Terrible service!! Diane threatened my kid to charge him double if he didn't stop moving. She was so rude that others walked out when she said that. Then she hurt him and she said that didn't hurt! My son was almost in tears! She said people get this done all day everyday! When I told her I didn't appreciate what she said to my 10 year old, all she said is okay. They don't care! You get $7 attitude for the price. I will never go back there! I will be sure to tell everyone I know. Awful, if I could I wouldn't even give her 1 star

This was my first time going there with my son to get his sides shaved. After we waited for 20 minutes or longer it was our turn. The lady working there asked what he wanted and stated that she wouldn’t do as well as one of the other barbers but he didn’t want to wait any longer. She tried to comb through his hair then after a moment asked me to do it. She then started to tell me that she couldn’t do his hair and that I would need to bring him back after it was all combed through and oiled. I tried to explain that his sides were combed through and that was all that needed to be shaved. She then refused to do it and told me that she was refusing my service. This was such a bad experience that I will never go back after the way we were treated.

worse customer service i went there a month ago there was a guy seems like maxician or white tall guy with white color hair is was world rude man and even owner of this barber shop i told him to make shorter he told me to charge me double and i asked why? he told do you wanna pay double or pay and leave the store otherwise i will call police and i talked to owner even owner shouted at me ,telling me pay and go pay and leave the store so i recommended all customer dont go there ever

The barber took her time with the haircut and not rush it. She used a straight razor to get the hair on my neck and close to my ears. I will no long barbershop hop this place sold me as a customer 12/10.

I actually have been a customer here. I have gotten my hair cut here once and didn’t enjoy the experience I had. Though yes my friend also had an unpleasant experience here with one of your barbers. If I was reviewing for that reason I would have a stated what happened. Also seeing your response and replies to other customers on here leaving reviews in the manner you do I see as very unprofessional and immature. That’s also another reason for such a low review.

Barbers are so rude I went there for couple of times and last time was a month ago they cut my hair and I told him to make little short but he is so rude and told me I will charge you double and I talk to the owner and owner is so rude and mean and told me get out from here so I recommend all customer to don’t go there and worse customer service ever I saw.

My husband has been here twice. The first time was a long wait, but the hair cut turned out good. The second time, again a super long wait, which is fine- whatever. It’s a small place with a good price, but it was a HORRIBLE hair cut. They literally shaved his sideburns OFF after my husband specifically told them not to. One side of the hair cut was faded and blended really well and the other side was not. I’m so mad. We have family photos next week and I have a husband with no sideburns. This hair cut would have looked nice on a different person but my super white husband just looks ghetto and out of place now. I wish I knew which guy did his hair cut the first time because he does a much better job and listened to my husband’s requests.

Worse service ever they were very rude and after seeing them yell at a 2year old little girl for being a normal kid I will never go back had to go to a different barbershop for them to fix the chop job they did don't ever take your kids here unless you want them traumatized.my daughter is also disabled apparently they hate all children and could careless. owner needs to be shut down. CPs should be involved with the abuse children are receiving here.

If you're a dude who doesn't know what he wants, ask for Bruno. He knows what you need but more importantly, he knows what your hair needs. He embodies a melding of Japanese grace and Brazilian fire. In fact he learned to cut hair with a katana that was on fire; not an easy task. Don't forget to leave a tip or he'll curse you with bedhead for many years.

We love this place! This is the only place that my husband and my boys want to get their hair cut. The price is great, especially having lots of boys. I let my boys (11,10, and 9) handle their entire appointment, letting the barber know what they want, if they like it, and paying for it. The staff is so great about working with them. Totally worth the drive halfway across the valley.

Worst haircut my husband has ever had. It looks like he got a botched bowl cut. Very incompetent barber. She even said she was the owner. We had an appointment and she made us wait for 25 minutes past our appointment time while she ate Taco Bell and organized her station. Not a professional place to go.

Today my wife went to this store, for my kids hair cut, unfortunately the lady in the store treated my wife and my son very poor, and she act very poor in front of my kids, because my son is black .I never had any issues with Utahan they are very welcome, but I have to say this they treated us with racism, and charge us double while she post 7$ for hair cut, and forced my wife to pay 14$ while every body paying 7$, when I went to complain and get back the money she kick my out of the store, we have no issue with the money, but the way we been treated. My wife told me she was happy with other kids, but with mine she was yelling, I would be happy if she even do her job perfect, it was terrible, unprofessional, what a discrace I filed a complaint against this Barbershop with Utah division of consumer protection to investigate this issue.

Cheap haircuts normally don't end well, but Get a Haircut has proven to be a great place to get a cut. Only one marginal cut out of a dozen or so. Bruno is a great recent addition to their staff of professional barbers.

If I could rate lower I would, I been coming to this barbershop pretty much since it got opened up a couple years ago. Last ownership was great, they treated every customer fairly only cost seven dollars. But I believe in recent months they must’ve got a new owner. Customer service has gone down the drain, and prices gone up, from seven dollars to 12. I thought I would give the new ownership a try I stopped by today. There was one person in front of me he was waiting for a new barber that I haven’t ment. I saw my barber waved hello. 20 mins or so had past by with new people coming in, another lady barber got freed up but I stated I was waiting for the barber who usually cuts my hair. I waited a little more and my barber finished up as I got ready to get up another guy who came in after me took a seat with the barber I was waiting on. At that point I just got up and left. What’s really annoying is now I have to fine a new place to get my haircuts.

This is a real haircut shop and not like the high end salons where I always felt I paid for the time. Here you pay for the skill and it’s worth every penny. I have been to this place for the last six sessions not a single time I found an issue. Reading the other reviews here is shocking who rage for absurd reasons. The lady who runs the show here is a gem and the barbers are talented. Highly recommend giving it a shot.

After long time I had a haircut with scissors for an affordable price. They know what your hair needs and takes care of you in a professional way. It takes 45 minutes in average for complete haircut and more time for shaving. Slow haircut gives the best result. Tell them what you expect of your hair. When I revisited, I was taken over by a different stylist and I was not happy with outcome. I had to use clippers myself to correct my hair style. I felt bad that I missed name of my previous stylist and could not find him when I went there.
