Expensive hair cuts that ARENT even half decent. Not to mention both of the barbers working were DRINKING while giving haircuts. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL. The barbers were watching boxing, and they would yell every 5 minutes about something on the TV and were not paying attention to their clients. At one point a barber stopped cutting hair to go in the back and grab a liter of coke to pour into his alcoholic drink. Also no proper technique on the cuts. Waited over an hour before the cut began due to them dinking around. When confronted with all this they still refused to give a discount and blew it off still charging an outrageous amount for a hacked cut, awful customer service, and lots of time wasted. Seriously skip this place because even sports clips or great clips will give you a better haircut.

I brought my husband and son in for haircuts and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Ray was our barber and he was amazing. He took his time with both haircuts and made sure they looked perfect. He was personable and professional and I would highly recommend him! Thank you Ray and SideBurns barber shop!

Great Barber shop! For sure if you are looking for more than just an average haircut, this is the place to go. Be sure to ask for Iris, she will go out of her way to make sure you get the haircut you were looking for. Also if you like the razor shave. This barbershop offers that services too, just be sure to ask. Overall great customer service!

We waited 2 hours! When we arrived we were told it would be 20 mins...20 minutes later we were still waiting. Finally our turn and somehow this guy snuck in and sat down. Barber played it off as it was an appointment he so forgot about. Lie! He said the other barber could get us in 10 mins...yeah freaking right! 2 hours later...we just walked out! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don’t care about you!!!

Had an appointment for me and my son. We arrived two minutes before our appointment and another barber said Dre would be with us in a minute. 45 minutes after our appointment time he was ready. I asked him to give me a discount for wasting our time and making us wait 45 minutes. He responded by saying "That's a part of the business and to get my refund from the peolpe who were late for their appointments". Needless to say, we will not be giving our buisiness to Sideburns due to the high prices and lack of respect for their customers time.

I love going to this place to get all my haircuts done. I recommend going to this place if you have some extra cash to spend as well. While yes it may be a little pricy, the service is well worth it! They always have people in there, so it'd be wise to call ahead.

Too bad I have to put one star! Took my husband here and looked super nice, my husband asked for a #1 on the sides tapered up to a high fade. They completely shaved his head. He is going through hair loss treatments and just wanted a trim, he got a completely shaved head when I called to talk to a manager he wanted to tell me there was a communication issue, yeah I would say so considering he asked for one thing and got something completely different. Way to traumatize someone who is already undergoing treatment for a cosmetic problem(hair loss) and just shave their whole head! I will never ever stop by this terrible place!
