My usual barber gave me a different cut than usual although I asked for the usual. He has always done a 5 Star job b until now. Asked him to correct it and he did a very rushed and sloppy job. Had to fix it myself. Kind of disappointing.

Someone will always be taking care of you from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They take very good notes so that you will have consistent cuts. Also, know you will pay for what you receive.

The service was very friendly and they have good conversation. Not used to getting my haircut by a woman but if I voted for a woman president then a woman can cut my hair LOL. They offer you drinks and give you a small massage in the beginning but I wasn't so pleased with the outcome of my haircut. Was looking for more of a crisp cleaner look. All in all if you have a couple dollars and want to kind of get pampered for an hour or so and you don't care how your hair looks at the end then you should go.

Christina knows exactly how to cut my (fine, but wavy, and occasionally frizzy/ cow-lick ridden) hair. I have spent many years looking for a stylist who gets it, and thankfully the search is over and at seriously reasonable prices. She can even satisfy my 13 year-old son’s need for the latest trendy hair style! The atmosphere in the shop is incredibly relaxing. My family and I will be coming to Redd’s for many years to come!

New customers beware! I made an appointment with Keesha on Monday. Confirmed via the email they send to see Keesha on Wednesday. Walked into my appt today and checked in to see Keesha. The receptionist goes back to get her and they both walk up to get her. Keesha advises me that she isn't quite ready (she was putting bottles of product on the shelf) so she was putting me with the new guy. She noticed my facial expression and said it also made sense bc he was new and I was new and it would build his book of business. I still had a confused face since I clearly made the appt to see her but to not risk a bad haircut by forcing her to hold true to the appointment, I agreed. What did I get? A BAD HAIRCUT. The new guy was nice. It started great but then we got to my part. He asked if he could cut a hard part in and confirmed a few times to make sure what I was getting. I appreciated that and each time said "yes, a thin one". What I got was a thick uneven one (thicker at the front than the back). Not ideal but not a major hang up. After the shampoo I notices a huge patch of hair towards the back that was longer than the rest. I asked to trim it and he said he noticed it too. He grabbed his scissors and clipped..and clipped..and clipped a little more. He then grabbed his edger and started to try and it to be uniform. When he couldn't he took my part farther back and cut a small culdesac into my hair. His face got red when he realized I was pretty unhappy. Luckily my hair is long enough that I can brush it over but I will now be taking weeks to grow it back. I wanted to like this place because of the location (5 mins from work) and the services they offer but am put off by a barber not keeping their appt and pawning me for the sake of the business.

My husband came in about a week ago. I was very displeased with his haircut.The usual girl he sees was no longer working there and fortunately for Facebook I was able to find her and she agreed to fix it. I will not be back. its worth the little drive for amazing cuts every time . also was displeased with the manager who dealt with my complaint.

When you book with Jyuan, you are booking with a true professional and very skilled craftsman. Jyuan took such good care of all three of my boys before school began. He has a very calming demeanor and a great attitude toward kids. He worked extremely well with my 4 year old receiving his very first haircut with hair longer than 10 inches! It was bittersweet, but you should see how adorable my little guy looks after his haircut! As for my other two boys, one who is a senior in high school and the other who is in junior high both commented on how gentle and effortless the haircut felt and how it was their best haircut so far! They have both requested Jyuan to become their permanent barber. I would highly recommend Jyuan to anyone looking for professional quality work. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent service. Christina gave me a very, very good haircut. She cared about the details and took the time to make sure I got my hair cut the way I wanted it cut. Christina even walked me through the proper way to comb and use pomade, something no other barber has done. Not only did I enjoy her work, but also the conversation and her personality. My only regret is not tipping more. I will return.

Rarely am I the kiss and tell type of guy but when you have a great experience you should share it! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt like a king... Deftly not a prim and proper type of guy and never been loyal to a stylist because I've never had a really good haircut. That has definitely changed, Dana Kelly rocks! Most personal stylist I've ever met, must be clairvoyant or something because she knew exactly what to do before even asked. My hair looks great, the beard has never looked better, and I swear to baby Jesus she shined my boots when I wasn't looking. I will definitely be back to see Dana again!

You absolutely don't get better than this place. I've been coming here for about two years now and can't say enough good things about Joy and the rest of the staff. When I come in, I'm always greeted and offered water or a coffee. If you are feeling frisky, you can always order an old fashioned.

This place is great. The atmosphere is always pleasant (they'll give you a root beer float, for real) and the place is super clean. The biggest difference from other places is the attention to detail. I don't feel like I have someone waiting right behind me for the seat or they're just trying to crank out haircuts. Kraig is always on point with both a haircut and beard trim. If you're looking for a spot to go on a regular basis and not feel like you're just a number, give them a shot.
