Good haircuts but the customer skills are lacking big time. Walked in on a slow day. Two barbers but one client in chair and the other barber looked at me looked at his phone and sat in his chair. No greeting. It wasn't until another barber walking in from the back that I got an awesome haircut, but he moved to the San Pedro location now so I won't be going back here. Oh FYI call and schedule a appointment for service, otherwise some of them will just look at you like paint drying without saying a word.

I gotta give my boys a 5. They get down on the haircuts in this place. My boy David give you a fade that the old Steve Harvey would envy. I walked in with low self-esteem, timid, a lost soul in the world. Bruh cut me up, and I had a taper so sharp my self confidence was through the roof. Every week my boys try to get me to go to their barber but I say no. I would cheat on my wife (if I had one) before i cheat and let another barber besides David cut my hair. The only thing I can complain about is that I don't always get the time and day I want to get my hair cut but you gotta understand these boys are the best at what they do. No matter how much you want em to yourself there will always be other customers in their life, but hey they keep me happy. 5 stars. You can't argue with quality.

I honestly love this place I’ve been a loyal customer to Jesse here since I was 16 and she has been nothing but wonderful and gives the best fade I would recommend this to any body in San Antonio it is the top barber

Poor customer service and slow fade. I walk out after I notice they didn't even want to cut hair. I guess they don't know how to talk to customers. No bueno!

Terrible customer service if you can call it that. You walk the place is dead, literally 4 employees standing there and if you don't have an appointment no hair cut for you.

Been here for almost 2 year because there right around the corner from me good cut but they take forever there always talking never working. Very unorganized, i sign in and manage to get skiped twice when ive waited 2hrs and they were NOT appointments but they fade a little better then the average but i do not recommend this place to anyone i usually drive out my way to other shops expect 2hr wait almost everytime SMH

Make sure they clean the clippers. It didn’t dawn on me until I broke out that the guy just told me to hop in the chair and I never saw him sanitize any of the clippers. Broke out bad because of a bald fade close to the skin with dirty clippers. Not going back

Doesnt affect the guy who cut my sons hair. With that being said, there were 2 other guys working not including my sons barber. One of em was so unprofessional. In fact, im here right now 6/2/16 at 2:32pm at the moment. The black guy was playing music that was cussing and my son was in there. He was even singing and cussing. Like really? I dont like it here! I would not recommend my family to come here. RIDICULOUS PLACE for the kids to be around. Respect the customers yo! Location: FadedCut on Eckhert Rd

PLEASE READ OTHER NEGATIVE COMMENTS: For the love of god! Please please please train your folks on greeting/acknowledge your customers. At the end of hair cut you expect a tip...right?! Will part of a tip customers expect great customer service. Word of mouth is your worst enemy for any business and judging and reading the negative comments on here it looks as though you guys are heading in that direction.

Got so tired of the big chains making me wait an eternity, flop me into a chair, ignore my requests for my style, then try to rush me out of the chair to get the next $30 head in line. Not the case here at all! I was given something almost impossible to find these days... REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! A genuinely smiling staff who actually takes pride in what they do. Refreshing. These guys know what they're doing, that's for damn sure. That being said, it would behoove one to make an appointment at least a day prior. The waiting time for a walk-in customer is outrageous, about an hour and a half on average. Service isn't cheap either; $20 bucks a pop in most cases (fades, razor line-ups, trim, etc.) which is why it's the only barbershop I don't feel bad about not tipping (most other barber places run from $12-$15 dollars). Those complaints aside, the barbers here are very competent and skilled at what they do, making the little complaints easy to overlook. Though they really should hire a guy to sweep the hair regularly, I'm pretty sure leaving the floor piled with hair for hours on end is against code (or at least should be).
