Moved to the area 2 years ago - and have been getting my haircuts here since. Jimmy, the owner, always greets me upon entrance. As an educator working with kids, I’m particular about my hair but have always left the place feeling satisfied, as the barbers are skilled and experienced with all types of hair. Have tried several barbershops around the area that charge a lot more than the quality and results that are given to me here, so highly recommend this place. Just communicate clearly what you want to your barber, book an appointment ahead of time to avoid the rush (if you’re on a tight schedule) and you’ll be fine! A shout out to Michael Dennis on my latest visit to the shop for his professionalism and precision!

I moved here from Mississippi and found Bladez on Google. I went I and checked them out and the vibe was good and all. I went to the owner Jimmy because I saw some pictures of his work and the way he presented himself seemed like he would be the barber I need. Nonetheless I dropped in and got my cut by Jimmy and I was very happy. So I came back a few more times and got some edge ups, a mid taper fade that I wear a lot and he perfected it. He is professional and most of all on time which is key for me since I came from a very professional and astute barber who regularly kept my appointments and was prompt. I give 5 stars and highly recommend not only Jimmy but the shop and al the barbers inside.

I walked in around 11:00am on 3/14 /19 , I immediately asked the first barber I seen do you guys take walk-ins and what he thought the estimated wait time was. He says "we sure do and take a seat you will be next". I could see 3 barbers from were I was sitting. A whole hour later of waiting, I seen all 3 barbers finish a cut and a new client sat down. At that point I am thinking to myself who am I waiting for. So I go back to the barber that I initially spoke with and he says "they still haven't got you tooken care of" he took me to a room in the back and the guy was cutting someones hair and I could no longer wait nor have any more time to spare being that I was on my lunch . Although I had a bad experience, the haircuts I was seeing looked good. From the looks of it 3 of 4 barbers there did appointments and they were booked. I wish I was told that from the start I wouldn't have wasted my lunch on sitting watching channel 4 news for a hour.

I was in desperate need of a haircut, and the fact that I'm not from the area made it a little more difficult to find a trustworthy barber. After stopping by a few other shops Blazed is the only shop that looked decent. John welcomed me right in, and did a great job with my haircut. It seemed a little inconvenient that I had to step out to get cash out since there was no C.C. payment available. But John made sure I was taken care of when I returned. Asked for a high bald fade gave me a fade that was not bald not high and you can see the lines in my head where he was trying to feed it. I pointed it out to him at the end and he said it's the texture of my hair and he's been cutting hair for 20 years. A goes to show you that putting time into something doesn't make you any better at it.

Finally we just walked out, still NO response from any of the barbers. We were the only customers waiting too.
