One of the barbers named Drose I guess is one creepy cocky dude. Dont get me wrong he can cut, but his cocky attitude is off the charts!! Some people like those kind of peoole, however, In my opinion he comes out as a disgusting human being.... He may might not learn now, but he will soon!!

Was greeted when I walked in and it's beautiful and their friendly but I don't think I'll be back it was disappointing when my son's hair was uneven I just paid and left we got home and everyone noticed it was embarrassing

When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and immediately. I was told how long my wait would be and where I could sit. My wait time was shorter than I expected and the gentleman who cut my son's hair was quick and efficient. I also love how convenient their hours are! The establishment is clean and there are close to 20 chairs which means many are able to be serviced at the same time. We'll definitely be back.

The best barber shop in Nashville!! Red has been cutting my boys hair for going on 4 years now and I would not take him to anyone else. This barber shop makes you feel so welcome every time you walk in the door. If you have not been to the shop you are truly missing out!! Hands down this best barbers but not just that the best people around that you could ask to cut your hair and be around while waiting to get your hair cut. The love this shop shows people is unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone!! Truly love this shop!!

Top Chop Barbershop is open 7 days a week. Red cuts my son hair and he isn't just his barber he's a parental figure. He knows what's going on in his life and inspires him to become a leader of the future. Must come walk inside are welcomed & their open 7 DAYS A WEEK.

The guy at the door seems to be most friendly. Walked in for first time after seeing advertisements. Interior is great. Customer service not so great. I spent a little over an hour waiting on a barber, the barber I was referred to watched me in the face cut one head after I had been waiting then took off. Other than the guy at the door, none of the other barbers said a word to me even as my wait got longer. I left and took my bussiness elsewhere because it seems my dollars wasnt wanted. I work too hard for my money to force anyone to take it out my hand. My next stop as a walk-in, I got a seat almost immediately and the barbers were much more welcoming. I dont know the skills of any at that shop but it would have been great to find out. I'm not driving that far out the way again. Really was a waste of gas and time.

I'm gonna give them a 2nd try. They were friendly and cordial but my cut was very subpar. I came in as a walkin and the barber in the 1st chair when u walk in the door greeted me and cut my hair. My cut was very uneven, blended poorly on the left side and was rushed. He does not use a straight razor for edging (my favorite part of a good cut) nor did he offer to groom my beard and mustache. Price is fair but the execution was lacking. They have plenty of barbers and a cool industrial vibe that I like. I'll do some research and make an appt with a well reviewed barber next time.

The shop is beautiful, very clean, and everyone was very nice. I had a guy cut my sons hair and it was terrible. Uneven lines and he didn’t even give a proper line up. I showed a picture of how I wanted my sons hair cut and he assured me he could do it but in fact he could not. I didn’t want to be mean so I paid and left. I hear a lot of good reviews about this place and I’ve seen some pretty good work but I guess I got the wrong barber or he was new.

Visited this barber shop for the first time yesterday since my 5 year old wanted his haircut for the very first time. The young guy with tattoos in one of the 1st chairs to the left as you walk in was his barber, initially. That young gentleman had absolutely no communication skills. Firstly, he didn't introduce himself, as I still do not know his name. Secondly, he did not attempt to make my son feel comfortable or welcomed whatsoever. Lastly, he messed up the design my son wanted and reacted so carelessly after I addressed the issue. I have already told numerous friends about this awful experience and I will continue to spread the word. It wouldn't have been so bad if the barber was apologetic rather than careless and nonchalant. The barber in the last chair to the right ended up correcting the problem. Granted, I was thankful that the 2nd barber fixed my son's haircut, I still will never return to this shop. What a horrifying experience.

Came to this shop for the first time to see Greg B. I am a fellow barber and we used to work together. When I got there I was instantly greeted and Greg was on break and the main guy texted and let him know I was there for him. The shop was lively and very welcoming. I noticed everyone was promptly greeted upon entering. Greg arrived shortly and did an excellent job on my hair and beard. I drove 20 min across town to have Greg cut my hair and beard. I dont trust anyone else!
