Did an awesome job on my fade and line up ! But I asked for my beard to be razored and kept full. It wasn’t . The curve from sideburn to mustache was turned into a straight line and it was trimmed down to the corners of my mouth . To fix this , I’ll have to shave it and start over again . Wasn’t mad just disappointed.

No customer service or respect for their customer’s time! Not conveniently located nor do they care there are no signage. The arrogance of knowing they provide a valuable service is disheartening when it’s excuse after excuse for not providing a service when scheduled to do so. Their customer service sucks but the talent is there. However it is not worth the stress or deserving of your business if their word means nothing! Spend your money elsewhere or learn how to cut your own hair.
