Well I always try to be positive...however in this situation there was not much positivity. I have never given a review so low and it saddends me to have to. Not much positive to say the woman was extremely short as well as not at all pleasant. Even a simple question like " how is your day" caused her to scoff at me. I am a cheery happy upbeat person...however ma'am... Congratulations. You had me speechless...the only reason I didnt leave was I wantes to pay her to hopefully cheer her up. The cut was not the best...however I do not care about that I personally could not care...As long as you try your best...Id would have come back and let her try again and again...but she was so extremely negative. I felt unwanted and like I had personally offended her. She even scoffed at my tip... i tipped her 7 bucks for a 13.00 haircut and she scoffed at me!!! Tried to then give it back! I rarely say this but... I would never ever ever recommend stepping foot into that place. I thought these small places had charm. I enjoy giving my business to small enterprises and sharing stories about peoples lives... That is not the experience you will get here... A word to the wise...value your customers...

If I could give a half star I would. If there is an old lady in the shop STAY OUT! she will only butcher your head. I ASKED of a 0 to 3 fade- I got. Something completely different. I tried to explain to her what a fade was- like a military high and tight. She said she grew up around that style and knew what a high and tight was. STILL GOT IT WRONG. Now I have to pay a second time to get this hack job fixed. Unless you're 80+ I would stay away...
