Down here in N. Myrtle Beach on vacation and was "my week" for a haircut, so I "Googled" for the "best" place to get a military style "flat top" --- not just anybody can do those! I walked in the door and was greeted like it was my "usual" place to go! Mr. John sat me in the chair and proceeded give me just the haircut I was hoping for! Very enjoyable and friendly!

walk in, cash only is the style of this small but friendly barber shop, been open 66 year and you can tell why. both barbers at the time of my visit wanted to get to know you during your hair cut with the always welcome ball busting that come with a haircut. I will return.

Walked in to be immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the chair. Besides the warm greeting the place is at a cozy location at the center of North Myrtle Beach. The atmosphere was a welcome blast to the past of great generations from the music to the decoration. The gentleman who gave me my haircut guessed exactly what I wanted by examining my hair after sitting down. I get a low fade which isn't the easiest haircut. He then skillfully and carefully went about his work and delivered the sharpest haircut I've received in my 26 years. All the while telling jokes and keeping a lively conversation going. Highly recommend this location to any gentleman in the market for an exceptionally fine haircut at bottom dollar prices.

This place is really cool. It looks like time has stood still the 65 years that it has been there. I was visiting the area and just had to get a haircut there . I was welcomed like one of the regulars that fillled the waiting room. The conversations were great and Kevin did a great job on my hair. I will definitely stop in for a trim next time I'm in town, whether I'm due or not.

The best barber shop at the beach. Kevin and Bobby are both experienced barbers and are a dying breed. There are no cable TV's just excellent, reasonably priced haircuts and beard trims. It's right on Main St in N. Myrtle close to the beach, so you have a nice view of the bikinis while you wait. 5 stars.

Moved to myrtle beach in April and I have been looking for a barber since that can cut my hair like my barber did in Saint Louis and after months of searching I finally found Kevin and bobby and by far definitely the most experienced barbers I've met! Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly guy gives decent hair cuts at best but just talks so much to the point where he is talking more than he is cutting your hair. It almost feels like he isn't paying attention to your haircut and he hit my head repeatedly. Super masoculin conversation almost like he was trying to impress me the entire time with things I didn't care about. If you're from the south you'll like it here with the pictures of Robert Lee and Confederate flag on the walls but as someone from New England just visiting myrtle, I was not a fan.
