Had an appointment this morning at 9:30am and when I showed up nobody was there and the door was locked. I had to go somewhere else as I wasn’t sure when they would decide they felt like opening. I then called them later on and told them about the situation and the owner had absolutely no concern that they completely blew me off from my appointment. I definitely will not be paying my hard-earned money at this place as there are much more professional barbershops in East Providence. Places that care about their customers.

The Puerto Rican guy that always plays the reggaeton made me wait 2 hours for a haircut that i scheduled. Next time i have to go to the domican guy since he gives me free platonos. The Portuguese owner combs all the hair to the front, no matter the style of the haircut, so i can't go to him. Overall i feel like I'm in a foreign country.

Very happy with the quality of service, I basically told him do whatever, so long as it's shorter on the sides and he ran with it. I was exceptionally pleased with the results. Very friendly and approachable, 100% recomend him. Prices were also reasonable and fair.

I’ve been to a lot of different shops. Usually if I don’t feel comfortable I won’t stay. I’m from Coventry and instead of going back and forth just for a hair cut I started looking in EP for one closer to home. Asked around and most said to come here. I’m happy I did. Not knowing anyone and walking into a barber shop for the first time can be a bit intimidating sometimes haha. They all have different energy’s and personalities lol. You want it to be relaxing if anything. And these guys get it!! Sounds dumb but it’s true. I’m more of a shy person so for me to walk in and be greeted with smiling faces was cool. I was paired up with Bobby. Very professional and personable I’m happy I got him and came here! I didn’t realize they didn’t take cards so I had to run out quick to my house a few streets down. Bring Cash! I definitely recommend coming to Scott And Anthony’s Grooming Co.
