I’ve never had my appointment delayed or had to wait for a walk in. Stephanie has always done an amazing job with my hair and beard. She is very attentive and listens when I explain what I’m looking for. The employees have all been warm and welcoming.

Got a few good cuts at the previous location, enjoyed the hot shave and detail of the cut. However, the last time I went in to the new location, everything felt rushed, all the workers seemed to be in a bad mood, like they didn't want to be there, one was even pretty rude and short with me asking if I had signed in. I do not feel I received a quality individualized haircut. The barber seemed new and I had to ask to have my neck line cleaned up, wasn't shown the back with a mirror, and the whole cut took maybe 5 minutes max, and I could see several long patches and uneven sideburns. I fear that the shop has turned to quantity over quality now that the business has established itself and now has a bigger location.

Where do I begin. The place is very nice on the inside, staff is friendly most of the time; however, sometimes they seem agitated if they have a lot of customers. The prices are fair, not too expensive, and the complimentary beverages are a nice touch. The thing that KILLS me is the wait. I’ve been there a few times and every time I’ve gone I had to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes. I understand it takes time to cut someone’s hair, but either they need to hire more staff or develop a higher sense of urgency. Is the haircut worth the wait? It depends on who you request....

They park their SUV illegally and almost cause several accidents as their car is right on the corner just out of view. Also the wait times are really long most of the time and they don't take appointments so you're stuck there waiting for an hour all the time.

Great place, they are the only place around that can give my son a good haircut. My husband goes regularly for a beard trim and shave. So glad they are in town.

I've always had a tough time finding a barber. Just like everyone else I'm very particular about my hair. Walked in randomly a few months back and have been a repeat customer bi-weekly ever since. The staff are absolutely incredible, no matter who's chair you're in, you can trust you're in good hands here.

I've lived all over, from Burlington VT to Idaho to Houston and Austin TX. This is the best barber shop I've been to. You will not find a better barber for a better price - period. It's very conveniently located, but even if I had to drive an hour to get here, I definitely would make the trip. Consistent excellent quality. Great atmosphere. Great haircut every time.

It's hard these days to find a traditional barber shop that gives you your money's worth. Most barber shops have become the automatic car wash where you're in and out and they don't take the time to finish the job right. The barber here will take care of you, finish up your haircut with a straight razor, and send you out the door feeling like a new man. Kudos to them!

Well I’m never going back there! I walked in and there were a couple of girls sweeping. I said hi and smiled at them neither one responded they just gave me a blank stare. So I sat down and waited to be acknowledged as there was no one else there waiting or getting a haircut. I gave it about 10 minutes nobody bothered to acknowledge me or say anything so I’m taking my business elsewhere! Did not expect that kind of experience .

Just visited this place today (June 16th) with my daughter. Upon first entering the building, i noticed a line of people waiting and a sigh-in book with a list of people waiting. After signing in, i left. I returned about a hour later. After returning i only had to wait another 10 mins or so. The exterior of the building looks like an apartment but the signage is easily spotted from the street. The interior has a lively mix of Red, White & Blue with American flags. The barber that helped me was Heather. She was very professional and attentive. She even kept my daughter entertained during the process. Overall very positive experience. I will definitely be returning. And i would also recommend this place to anyone.

First time going to this shop, great experience, friendly staff! The fact that they took their time and didn't try and rush to get you in and out was very nice. I had never gotten my beard trimmed before, but Heather assured me it would be no problem, and it looked great afterwords! Will defiantly be going back.

These girls are amazing at what they do! I usually don't care about my haircuts, but getting one from here made me think twice about getting any old haircut! Their hours are better than most other barber shops, but naturally, with any other good business, they're pretty busy so you will have a decent wait time...
