I moved into Windsor about two years ago, and had the hardest time finding someone to do my hair in West Lebanon, and then I saw that Bob's Barbershop right down the street was there. I've been going there, and they are an AMAZING bunch of barbers, and I get a consistently exceptional haircut every single time, without exception and for a very good price...much less than if you go into West Lebanon. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They are also very nice too. :)

I first came about 5 or 6 years ago looking for a local barber in my then new neighborhood. Kristin has been cutting my hair since and you can't beat going to a local, family-owned business. In the summer months you can occasionally get lucky enough for Kristin's father Bob to be the one cutting your hair.

She is also a pleasure to chat with. Some barber shops are a little crude for my taste, but they have created a comfortable environment here.

Staff is kind enough but place is never open. Have gone during their normal hours listed outside only to find them closed. For a small town it’s convenient but also it’s the only barber shop in town, if there were options I’m sure more people wouldn’t go here...

I drove 46 minutes to this place trying to find someone to do a military style flat top. They have a sign in their window advertising flat tops and they are pretty close to the reserve base. I showed the barber a picture of exactly what I wanted since no one seems to be able to get it right. I told them I wanted a horseshoe flat top, high and tight, skin the sides. The sides weren't skinned and not high enough, and the top was way too long. I asked to cut it shorter, but they said they couldn't go any shorter because of their comb. Okay, put your comb down and put your clippers on the highest part of my head and make it flat. I've had the same haircut for over 15 years, I know what I want and I paid attention to what they were doing. That being said, the flat top I got was indeed flat. It was just too long for me. I won't be coming back.

I just got my hair cut here for the fourth time. The first time was a pleasant experience with Kristin and good cut, the second time was a great cut with a guy who no longer works there, the third time was a fairly good cut, but today with Kristin was just bad. I got there before 5:10 (confirmed by google) and asked if she had time for one more haircut. They close at 5:30 and she was finishing with another customer, but she said sure. She was really friendly with him, but by the time he left, I guess she didn’t have patience for me. When she asked me how I wanted my hair cut, she snapped back and questioned my answer but didn’t ever explain why. After the haircut, where she had scissor-cut the top of my hair, she handed me a mirror and didn’t say anything. I asked how long the top was, and she said it was finger length. I asked if it could be just a bit shorter, and without replying or asking, she grabbed the buzzer and buzzed the top in about 8 strokes in maybe 15 seconds as I was turned away from the mirror. I was terrified. Probably about a quarter inch comes off and she says, “okay now it’s an inch”, which I guess is what I asked for? I asked her if she could blend the front portion of my hair, and she snapped back that she didn’t even know what to blend because it’s the same length. I just got home, and my sideburns are noticeably about a quarter-inch off. I don’t think I did anything to provoke her other than her desire to close at 5:30, which was evident when somebody opened the door at 5:20 and she told them that she can’t take them because she closes at 5:30 (but her neon window sign was still lit Open), but she could’ve said so instead of rushing my haircut and doing a substandard job. I walked out at 5:33. I will be traveling further away to get my hair cut.
