I moved back to Pittsburgh in the summer of 2016 and it's never easy to find a good barber. But after going to 3 different places, I can only say that the Lord led me to meet Drew and his undercover ministry of serving others through quality hair cuts. The shop is always full of life and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from an old school shop. But since then I have brought my dad, brother, nephew and anyone looking for a quality cut to experience style & grace and they have all become believers due to the excellent cut and superior service. I even bought a hat and shirt to show my support. I would recommend Style & Grace to anyone looking for a great haircut and great service. By far one of the worst barbershops I've ever been to, and I travel quite a bit so I've been to many barber shops in many states. Overpriced for such an unprofessional atmosphere. Barbers are too busy talking to pay much attention to what they're doing, my barber was far from thorough and was super loud in my ear the entire time I was in the chair. If I'm paying $20 for something I can get for $10 (with much better quality, might I add) then I expect a top of the line experience. They have terrible line management and have no idea who gets there before who. If such is the case and you cannot keep up, then have a sign in sheet and make it easier. Will not be making this mistake again.

Not that you would care because you know there's no where else to go, but I got here on a bicycle, and it's looking like it's gonna rain. There is another man here on a motorcycle. Supposedly these guys are all vets but I'm not certain of my country's defense if you can't even get to your job on time

Great Place, the Barbers are true professionals that know what they are doing. I've been stationed out here for almost three years and since the barbershop opened it's doors I've been there. The shop itself is pretty laidback where you can watch TV while you wait. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone within the area. For everyone looking at the reviews for Style and Grace, you only need to read this review. I've been to over 10 different shops. Shops that are just quick places to go like Supercuts to a local barber. I haven't found a place quiet like Style and Grace. With the convenice of an ATM and great lounge area, I can't imagine being unhappy spending a period of time waiting for a cut or being cut. They are professional and the day I went I had already gotten a cut earlier that day but it wasn't to my liking and they fixed it for me. While they can't put the hair back on they were able to fix the shaping and fade of the cut. Props to my Daryl who cut my hair, you did a great job. I'll be back regularly.

I love this place! I met Drew at a mens retreat. At the time I had 3 foot long dreadlocks. The time came to where I wanted to cut them off. I hadn't been to a barbershop in 25 years! Drew took care of me. I live in Tarentum and my son and I drive to Monroeville to get our hair cut. I will go NO where else to get my hair cut. SG has such a great atmosphere for my son and I to bond.

Took my kids in, its our first visit. We had absolutely no wait time AMAZING! Kids sat like angles, but one somehow ended up with patches in his hair I have to touch up at home. I'll sisser/comb it, hopefully it'll blend in, and the other kid had crooked sideburns, that were fixed only after I requested it to be fixed. I've passed this place a few times and after checking out the reviews I thought I'd give it a try and am so glad that I did!! I am a woman with an undercut and have discovered that most salons do not possess the clipper skills needed for fading. I will be honest in saying that as a woman, I felt awkward going into barbershop but after getting a few botched up clipper jobs I threw in the towel and decided to see an expert. Style & Grace is a gorgeous shop, the cleanliness alone speaks volumes. You can tell right away the employees take pride in what they do. My barber was Joe who's had experience with cuts like mine. The time he took to do a bald fade with a razor detail at the end was top notch! I don't think people realize the skills it takes to master clippers. Joe took my bald fade to a whole new level that I didn't think was achievable. I absolutely love this cut and couldn't be more happier! I felt very comfortable while there and the atmosphere is fantastic. Thank you Style & Grace!!

Allow me to lace this review with style and grace, rolled up to the place got a dope bald fade. This is one of the two barbershops in the Monroeville area. When I arrived at this shop I was impressed with the layout and how inviting it was. While most barber shops now and days seem intimidating this one is more inviting. Every barber seemed like they cut. Meaning they all looked comfortable and calm doing their craft. This is really not a review as for barber shops everyone is different. Very slow, left because waiting a hour for a hair cut that costs 20 bucks just isn't worth it . The 2nd worker was rude by saying he was done cutting for the night but didn't leave sure you have the clean you equipment. Any other barbershop the worker would have been nice and just cut my hair real quick. Also bad at line management I might add.

I don't trust all of the five star reviews. Looks like astroturfing to me. With all of the five star reviews from people who have only done one review there is no way they are legit. The shop was clean, had potential, but neither my son or myself self got a decent cut. We waited for about an hour and a half and when we finally got in the chair the guys wouldn't stop BSing long enough to focus on they job. My cut took almost a half hour, it normally only takes 10 min, 15 if the barber really takes his time. I wouldn't have even went, but my normal shop was closed. I could get the same quality of cut for half the price at Supercuts. I wish them luck, but I won't be back.
