Asked for a 2" fade and blend the top. Had a 430 pm appointment. Got to the barbershop at 4:25. No one greeted me when I sat down. One hair stylist was their. She didn't say one word to me. A gentleman came in with his daughter he was greeted and said he had a 4 pm. Appointment so I jumped in their and told the lady I had a 430 pm appointment as well she told me I would have to wait another 10 min. Another hair stylists came in the room asked if I was ready told her I've been ready. She faded the sides to high the top was cut terrible one side is off. Don't recommend for men. Never going back.

Worst hair cut of my life! I just wanted them to dye my hair back to my natural color. (I had at least 2 inches of grown out roots for them to use as reference) They dyed my hair like 4 shades too dark, gave me layers (which I said I didn’t want), and horrific Dora bangs. I have a middle aged woman’s hair cut (I’m 16) and school starts in a week. Master cuts totally screwed me over.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. We walked in and asked if they had any openings and she wouldn't even look at us, she just very rudely said no and started talking to the people behind us. We asked if we could make an appointment and she still would not look at us and said no again. I don't think I have ever seen such poor customer service she was so rude. We will never go there again.

Just walked in to get a haircut, there's was one lady there working on an old lady's hair and she told me to come back in about 2 hours since she was the only one there. Last time I checked it doesn't take 2 hours to do too many things and if it does I don't need you messing my hair up.

Made an appt. and still sat for an hour. My daughter wanted her hair shaved on one side through to the back then colored pink. She came home with her hair shaved in the back. $50 and her hair hardly looked touched. Would never recommend!

I went in for a "trim", the day before my mother's funeral. The girl was young and fresh out of school I think. She pretty much butchered my hair and I didn't even have enough left for it to be fixed. Another girl tried to fix it but it was beyond fixing. and I still had a patch in the back that was longer and had to have my daughter fix it. I wasn't charged and the girl felt horrible, but I seriously looked like Mo from the Three Stooges. Best advice ANY new hairstylist can take...LOOK at the persons hair when they walk in and TALK to them about what they want!!! I even showed her about how much I wanted taken off and she still took about 2 inches. I will never ever go there again.

My Daughter went to have her hair cut and asked for bangs and blonde highlights. What she got was barely visible blonde highlights and uneven bangs with long pieces hanging into her eyes. This is shameful to say the least! $75 should look a hell of a lot better than this!

I had an appointment. The hairstylist finished up with another individual which was fine. But a 1/2 hour later, she is finishing up rinsing her hair out for a color or perm while I was left waiting. I had an appointment, she knew when I would be there. 32 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and she was still messing with her own hair. I walked out. What on earth?

Completely unimpressed with my experience. The employees were very friendly and complimentary but they completely messed up my hair. I asked for shoulder length with light layering. My hair previously was about an inch below my shoulders so i thought it would be a quick trim and i would be done. I don't know where communication was lost but what I left with was a the shortest worst bob/pixie I have ever received or seen. A quick trim turned into a complete change in style and definitely not one I wanted especially so close to going to school. I will never be returning for fear of another nightmare cut and i reccomend being very clear with what you want because apparently the stylist are too dumb to understand simple instructions.

I was a walk-in tonight looking to get a butchared cut from some far too expensive salon down south fixed. The ladies there helped in every way they could. Despite having very little they could do without making me wait another 6 months to let my hair grow out, they did am amazing job of fixing mistakes made by the other hairdresser. They made the experience very easy and comftorble, as well as sent me out the door feeling worlds better with a cut I wasn't ashamed of.

The place has somewhat of a discount store feel to it, in my opinion. It sort of screams big box store. On the up side, there's a toy area in the waiting section so kids don't get too bored while someone is getting a haircut. One thing that really does annoy me, though, is that they require personal information to out into their computer in order to set you up for your turn in the chair. They don't need to know my full name, address, and email account in order to cut my hair. But at least the employee I dealt with didn't know how to put me in the computer without all my information. I get that they might send coupons and such, but to me, requiring that is so much overkill that I'm not going to bother going back.

I went into the MasterCuts at the Sioux Empire mall today to receive a haircut and was disappointed with the outcome. I didn't ask for anything special, just a 2" buzz on the sides and a trim on top (I'm a guy). The hair dresser failed to fade the sides evenly, couldn't even out the trim on top, and failed to cut my bangs straight. I asked her to fix certain aspects, but she failed to do so. I was charged 17.95 for the worst haircut I've every had. If you're a guy and looking for a haircut I would recommend going elsewhere.

Overpriced. Didn't get a wash. Guy cut my hair dry and talked nonstop about himself the whole time. Very large ego. Was a very fast in and out cut. For the same price at my regular stylist I will get a shampoo, a great haircut, 2-sided conversation, and a blow dry. Getting a haircut is usually something I enjoy, I expect at least 30 minutes of pampering. Very dissatisfied. Cut was awful too by the way.

I love going there because of the sylist Logan! He has never failed to cut my hair exactly the way I attempt to verbally explain to him the way I want it! We know all too well that some customers have a hard time getting out what they truly want. Ms. Samantha Ryan did a great job cutting my hair. She was very thorough and the hair wash was great. I would definitely recommend her. Somethings I would change about that place though would be the chairs for the hair wash station because they are really high and the lighting in the hair wash station is really bright and shines right in my eyes. Thanks Ms. Ryan for doing a great job.

My experience here was awful. I went in to get high lights done on my hair and was approached with such rude tone. It was a killer to my mood especially the fact that these people should be professional. I don’t recommend you come here. There is bad customer service and these people don’t care for their jobs.

I went in to dye my hair from a light brown to blue black. I ended up with blue green hair. I wasn't too upset until a week later, I use color saving hair products, and my roots were a completely different color than my hair. Also it had turned completely green. Upset I went back in, so they fixed it for free. A different girl dyed it a safe dark brown for me. I am now home, with reddish brown roots and blue brown tips. Both colors are lovely, but not together. I still hate my hair, and still did not get what I wanted. How do you mess up that badly, twice?! I do not recommend coming here, unless you don't care what your hair color will be and you like surprises

TRY TO AVOID THE NEW/YOUNG There's a gal who's worked here a good long while who really holds this place up, nice and attentive, she's the only reason this outfit isn't a one star. Had a haircut from a new face, younger gal with red hair and glasses. Couldn't be bothered to spend more than ten minutes with my cut, she seemed to be in a hurry the whole time and when she asked me to look it over I waited a moment to reply thinking she was joking. She was completely satisfied with something I could've done myself in my bathroom with dog clippers for free, and comfortable charging full price despite it being a near waste of time. If you go here, just be patient and wait for someone you know does good work.

If she feels the look you’re going for is too extreme for your hair, she does suggest multiple visits which I appreciate since I have had bad experiences in the past. She has not disappointed!

(Basically zero stars) Had my FIRST BIG hair job done a couple months ago, I didnt want to say anything but, I've been growing more upset. I've spent over $40s in product to fix my hair since the appointment. (My hair means A LOT to me. Also play in the fact that it was virgin hair...) As I left the mall with my parents afterwards, I got laughed at by a group of kids around my age, and people at school told me that they felt really bad for me. Some even offered to fix my hair at their place because of how bad it was. I asked for a simple haircut (to about the middle part of my neck) and a light balyage, no bleaching, no layers, and to have my hair lightly curled as well afterwards. The woman was very nice, even though I was too shy to talk. I did show her references to my desired colors and cut style! However, they cut my hair to my jawline, giving me layers. While also bleaching my hair canary blonde to the roots! (except the roots on the top part of my head, which stayed its brown color.) In some sections of my hair, it looked like zebra stripes! No balyage, straight up bleach, they never warned me beforehand, nor did they tell me they were going to bleach my hair in the beginning... I still paid the whole $60-70 for it, but I shouldn't have... I'm not one to say no and to say I do not like the product, especially when she seemed very happy with her work as she curled my hair to look like shirley temples long lost blonde sister. I wish I got a refund, and that i had the guts to say something sooner. If I could post pictures of what I referenced to them and the results I got, I would! But Google's not letting me, unfortunately

Went in to get my daughter's hair cut waited 10 mins. Not bad at all. But when it was time to get her hair cut three ladies working. One was walking around sweeping continueously saying I'm a bonafied janitor. Then when getting ready to wash my child's hair our hairstylist needed to take a minute in the back with the "bonafied janitor" because she was crying. Place is ridiculous and would not recommend it to anyone. What a joke.

I asked for a 4 on the top and a 3 on the sides for how I wanted my hair cut. The stylist who appeared way too old to be cutting customers hair took out the electric hair clipper and shaved my entire head in the matter of 3 minutes. I asked for my sideburns to be trimmed and she shaved them off. I now look like I just came out of boot camp. Thank you MasterCuts for charging me 25 dollars for the worst haircut I have ever received in my life.

I have very long straight hair. It's not real difficult to trim. The woman cut the middle of the back of my hair but didn't do anything with the sides. I told her other places usually cut all the hair, you know the sides and all. She just looked at me like I was crazy. So, I paid $15 for half a haircut. My daughter was getting her hair trimmed at the same time. She has mid-back long wavy/curly hair. This woman used a straight razor to trim her hair (which I've never seen before), and only did the back of it too. Now instead of one length, she has all kinds of lengths and major frizz in the middle of the back of her head. Looking back at this experience, I now know why the place was empty when we happened upon it.
