A nice place but everytime I come in I don’t get the haircut I asked for. My brother goes here and loves it, so I usually go when I come home from school, and everytime it’s the same. Long wait, ask for a mid fade, little of the top, and I get a high fade and an egg head. Worst part about it is I’m facing away from the mirror the entire time, so I have no idea what it looks like until its done, and what can I say then, fix it, you screwed up? You can’t exactly add the hair back, once you cut it it’s cut. This is a nice place with good barbers but it feels like if you’re not a regular they just don’t care about you. Jon has had this place for a while and I remember when it was constitution boulevard, but it seems that they’re losing their personal feel. Hate spending 20 bucks plus a nice tip on a haircut that I didn’t want.

Best barbershop I’ve ever been to. Geo and Jon are some of the most talented barbers I’ve had and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a haircut. Long wait but worth it with a good, relaxed atmosphere!

Unfortunately, the prices were pretty high, the geometric shape shaved into the back of the head was totally out of alignment, it looked terrible. I paid them, gave a small tip and never will return.

This place was amazing. Not only did they hook me up with an awesome haircut, the shop is great as well. The barbers were friendly and they had Netflix on to keep you occupied. Their website has a live feed so you can see how busy they are so you don't have to worry about when to go.

Absolutely love this barbershop! Been going to this place for over 10 years...Jon runs a great shop with a very friendly staff! It’s a relaxed and welcome environment with reasonable pricing...well worth the occasional wait! I moved out of the area 7 years ago and still make the 45 min drive for a haircut... NEVER had anywhere close to negative experience!

Best barbershop in the area, especially if you're looking for a fade and/or a straight edge. No competition. Professional and personable barbers. It's always a great environment. I travel 30min to go here, and it's totally worth it. Definitely the place to go

I have been here twice and I have not been disappointed. I have gotten my haircut in Reading, but every time I get a haircut in Reading I would get razor bumps on the back of my head. This did not happen when I went to City Cuts though. I went like 2 months ago and Frank did an amazing job giving me a haircut. I don't mind driving 35 minutes to get my haircut done. I recommend this place to get a haircut.

Whenever I need a haircut I have two options: my girlfriend and the buzzer or City Cuts. I love my girlfriend, but I love City Cuts more. The barbers are super friendly and really funny. They don't take forever and are reasonbly priced. These guys are skilled professionals! There are only three of them and there is usually a line if you go on the weekends but it's worth the wait!

I've been getting mine and my kids hair cut here since John was at the old location. All three guys there treat us like family, great atmosphere, cuts priced right and even has a live feed cam on the website so you can see how busy it is before you go in. Only way to get a bad cut there is if you wanted it that way. Plus Jerry won't let you leave till its perfect.
