Old school barber shop perfect for a quick cut

Traditional barbershop with skilled operators. Opens mad early so you can spiffy up before work. Lots of character as the decor is baseball memorabilia centered. Proprietor Bob is a third generation barber, baseball enthusiast, community minded guy who participates in charity events. Customers chat with him and you, a total stranger. A great experience all around.

I was told I was next. Waited 30 minutes for him to finish the guy ahead of me. Some guy he knows walks in and he takes him ahead of me. When I said I thought I was next, he said I was but this guy is in a rush. No apology. Walked out never getting my hair cut.

A piece of history in Kennett Square! I very been going her since I was born. Great atmosphere. It's like walking back in time. The walls are covered with historical sports photos, some signed by sports greats. It's a real, old fashioned barber shop. Mr. Burton still works there cutting hair himself and has others as well. Reasonable prices competitive with today's market. You may have a wait, but the conversation is always worth listening to and joining in!
