I requested to have my hair cut "with the grain" at a "1.5" on all sides except the crown of my head. For the crown, I requested a "2" since my crown grows in very slowly and very thin. The barber laughed at me, and told me that I had no idea what I was doing, despite my explanation to him about how thin and slow my crown grows. He then proceeded to mock me, and asked me rhetorically if I was the barber or if he was the barber, and stated that I should just let him cut my hair the way he thinks is best. The other barbers joined in and laughed along. I always get my hair cut at the lengths requested, and no barber has ever laughed at me for it. I stood up out of the chair and walked out of the shop before he even turned on the clippers. The barbers at this shop made me feel disrespected and belittled. I do not recommend that you give your patronage to them.

I read a few reviews and thought that it would a quick and easy trim, in and out but no I sat for a hour and a half, almost 2 hours the barber took 2 people who walked right in, if unless u know the barber personally be prepared to waste 2-3hrs for a cut

I've enjoyed going to this barbershop during the past 5 and a half months. It cost a little more than the old barbershop that I went to, but it's worth it. There's a lot of Pittsburgh Steelers emblems inside the shop. This place is open Tuesday thru Saturday. I will keep going to this shop as long as I can.

Finally found a place worth going to in Pittsburgh. My son gets a fresh cut every year before school. The woman who did his cut took great care of him. He left saying he loved this place (and he has always hated getting his hair cut). The lines are sharp, fade is on point. Thanks for a great experience!
