Have been coming here since it opened. The owner, Adam, has made a conscious effort to create a comfortable, positive atmosphere with skilled barbers that take pride in their craft. After EVERY cut, while still in the chair, Adam always spins you toward the mirror to make sure your happy with the results. If you have an issue with a cut, ummm, that would be a great time to bring it up. Love this place.

Went to this place because it got so highly recommended. Unfortunately the haircut is not what I expected. The model is not what I wanted, but the worst is the way that it was done. If the model was neatly cut and trimmed I wouldn't give it such a low rating. It looks like it was cut stepwise instead of a smooth transition. I have to go to another place to get this fixed.

I went into The Barber House with incredibly long hair without an appointment, just a walk-in, and immediately I was impressed with the entire establishment. Dan gave me the best cut I have ever had, and all around this shop is incredibly classy and proper to the fullest extent. An old school, full service barber shop with a bar. Neck shaves are part of the standard service, but they will also provide a full shave if you want. Very friendly staff and excellent quality haircuts. Nice selection of top shelf spirits too. Highly recommend this barber if you want a great cut and great experience.

I brought our two eldest sons to have their hair cut and expressed our likes and also share a photo of their preferred cuts. Both Stan and Keegan did not listen. In addition, their 30 minute appointment ($25 value) was about 5-7 minutes. The outcome was disappointment experienced by a 6 year-old and a 4 year-old and they're boys. They are interested in their cuts, but usually not concerned. They were concerned after these two barbers were done and I can only assume it was because they felt their lack of care. Chop Shop and pay and go. So awkward and uncomfortable and my boys have weird patchy looking cuts. Sad and disappointing and disrespectful of our time and money.

My husband and son just went here for the first time. My 11 year old saw Keegan and asked for the "Bryce Harper" cut. Keegan totally nailed it! He looks so handsome and is so excited to look like one of his baseball heroes. My husband saw Dan, and he did a fantastic job as well. Great atmosphere and they got the exact cuts they wanted. Waited a year before getting a haircut in Vend because I didn’t really trust anyone to do a good job. I finally bit the bullet and decided to give this place a try. Well looks like a made the incorrect decision. Wasn’t given what I asked for, and didn’t even get a chance to look in the mirror before the barber said I was done. The barber even told me, oh I hope you like it that way because I did it the way I like it. Immediately booked an appointment at another barber to fix this mistake. Had to lower to one star after my wife took a picture of the back of my head. This work is unacceptable.

Sierra cuts an amazing mullet that will make you a celebrity in coastal dive bars and women will immediately want to either run their fingers through it, braid it, or will make guttural sounds and mutter something about all night... Can’t say enough great things about The Barber House, Bend Oregon. I live in Boise, ID and every time I am in Bend , I make a point to get my haircut and beard trim at the Barber House. Both Keagan and Adam do amazing work. Both have given me amazing beard trims and I am very particular! Haircuts are just as damn good. I strongly recommend using the Barber House. Now if they were only located in my hometown of Boise!
