waited 40 minutes for my haircut then someone walks in after me and they happily cut him up first, they took forever and eventually I left because It took too long. There is a clear lack of respect for customer's time schedule at this place.

I found the barbershop online while looking for a good haircut. Although, I waited about 30ish minutes for my haircut- it was worth the wait, my boy Joe did an AMAZING job. The fade was on point BUT! The customer service he provided was far beyond my expectation! I highly recommend Joe for a haircut and Terrell’s barbershop over all. I will definitely be coming back.

I didn't have an appointment and they got my son in right away. The young man did an excellent job on my son's hair. Fridays and Saturdays you should probably call first because the young man said it's normally busier then. We'll definitely be going back.

I called today 12:35 and they scheduled me for 1pm. Showed up a couple of minutes early and they were ready for me. All of the barbers were fantastic, great sense of humor, and enjoy what they do. Not to mention, I left with a fresh fade and beautiful design. Definitely will be going back.

I'm a professional and chose this place because they take appointments. Two times I've been here and they haven't been close to the time they gave me. The last time I had to leave cuz I have places to be. The most frustrating thing is Joe gave me a great cut the first time but I can't mess with a place that can't keep a schedule.

Not satisfied at all.. Walked for a simple shape up and 2 hours later I leave without one.. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged.. I understand people have appointments but at least acknowledge the person sitting in your establishment.. Great hair cuts.. Not so much in customer service.. Which is unfortunate

I am from Nebraska and have been on the road through the west for the last month so I was getting rough. I desperately needed a haircut but was not sure where to get a black barber in Portland (it's actually kind of difficult) but I called Terrell Brandon's and Joseph hooked me up! I told him I needed something clean and he did just that, plus he only charged me $17 so I definitely had to tip him! He was a great local to talk to about Portland and I had an overall great experience. Definitely check these guys out.

Been to the shop once and had a good experience. I did a walk in appointment. The barber I had was decent, but definitely wasn't the best in the shop. That's the price you pay though when you are new and don't know who's who. Overall it was a great experience though.

Every time i go in there they incorrectly line me up or they are always taking 3 hours to cut my hair (WHILE IM IN THE CHAIR) and when you explain you're in a rush to a business meeting they take it as you having a problem. If you dont like one barbers cutting style the others are going to over charge you if they know you're not from Portland
