Angelia is awesome! I've been going to sports clips for at least 4 years now. Angelia has been my stylist for at least 2 years. I request her each month I go in. I usually don't have to wait very long (5-10 mins max) to see her plus if you are on your way from OC you can call in and they will check you in! After going to Sports Clips for years I cannot go to other competitors, it's just not the same great experience as Oregon City Sports Clips. I do recommend the MVP if you do go to OC Sports Clips or any Sports Clips.

I'm typically here on Sundays and it's usually pretty busy (45 minute wait on average). This is the only Sports Clips I've been to that actually saves the details of your previous visits cuts, which is a bonus since I'm terrible at remembering what my son gets. That being said, my son has gotten a different cut the last 3 times we've been there, so perhaps I need to start paying more attention.

I had a pleasurable experience. Called ahead and was told a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes later I walked in got a great haircut had a good conversation. Nice personal treat.

If I could i would give this 0 stars. I asked for a 3 on the sides and finger length on top tonight. I walked out with a buzzcut. Ive gotten this haircut my entire life and i can guarentee you it is not supposed to be a buzz cut. The hair cutter just kept on cutting. Im very self concious about my hair and absolutely hate having it short like this. I now have to deal with a buzz cut for the next few months because of this. They gave me the wrong haircut. Dont go here if you want a good haircut. I am never visiting this establishment again and urge you not to either as they dont listen and will give you a horrible and wrong haircut. Also the waiting times are horrible and not as stated on the screen. It said I would have no wait but ended up waiting 20-30 minutes.

We walked in with 30 minutes left until closing. The place was completely empty and there were multiple stylists. The lady asked if I checked my son in online and I said no. She told me there was a 90 minute wait assuming all the people that checked in online showed up, but I could add my son to the list and wait if I wanted. I confirmed with her there was only 30 minutes left until closing and she said that was correct and I was more than welcome to put him on the list and wait to see if anyone showed up before 5 when they closed. I left and went down the street to the Barbers where they had no problem getting my son in. Seemed to me they just didn’t want to do the work with closing being in 30 minutes.

If I could I would give this company a zero star rating I would, based on my experience today. Today was an example of how not to do customer service and I will never set foot inside this business again and will share my experience with anyone who asks. I signed in for a haircut with Ashlee online and was given an estimated start time of 1:17. I arrived at the location at 1:04, physically signed in and sat down to wait. The computer screen showed me as Ashlees next customer. Ashlee finished with her customer at approximately 1:25, sold him some hair products and then went into the back room. Between 1:25 and 1:50 she walked out to the front register 3 times, looking up at the appointments screen each time. My name was at the top of the list and assigned to her. At 2:00 she walked out of the door on what I assumed was a break. 5 minutes later another stylist called my name and said that Ashlees shift ended at 2:00 and she must not have seen my name. This is BS. She stalled around in the back of the shop for the last 30 minutes of her shift and then walked out, knowing I was there. I would urge anyone considering patronizing this business to look elsewhere

Worst haircut and service ive ever experienced. Hairstylist was not friendly or nice and my sideburns untouched and uneven. She used clippers that pulled my hair instead of cutting. Ill never return to this location again!

The environment and location is the best of all of the Sports Clips locations we have visited but the wait was very long. I assume everyone else likes the environment too! Even with online check-in we still waited nearly an hour.

My good friend Will had been going there for quite a while and had his profile and cut style in their computer since he started going. He went in the the other day expecting the "stylist," (loosely used) to use the same tea tree oil based product to treat his hair, due to his highly sensitive scalp. Unknown to him, the stylist decided on her OWN, to use a new Paul Mitchell product, more than likely in an attempt to upsell it to him, and subsequently cause a reaction that made him break out not only after it started to affect him adversely, but also made his back break out after trying to wash it out of his hair and off his burning scalp, after taking a shower as soon as he got home. When he contacted them to find out what happened, that is when he was informed of the product used and basically told nothing other than "We're sorry" and that is it... No real concern, not even the simplest of "Are you OK?, did you need medical attention?" Nothing.The total disregard of this business concerning the use of a product that harmed my good friend and is still causing him pain days after this, is concerning on so many levels. They knew from his profile what he was supposed to have and they disregarded it without even asking him, causing an allergic reatication. Pass this business up, or go in knowing they have no real concern for you or your hair, just selling "new" hair products, using your hair and scalp as the testing ground.

I brought my son here today. We were third in line. We were there 30 min. 4 customers completed their haircuts and left. The 2 customers ahead of us were taken back. 2 hairdressers just stood around and chatted with their coworkers. Another customer came in after us. He was taken back ahead of us. My son and I finally left without him getting his hair cut. I don't appreciate the employees wasting our time by chatting and messing around instead of doing the job they are there to do. I will take my business somewhere else.

I wouldn't say I would recommend this place, the only reason I came here was because I had a birthday $5 off MVP haircut. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes than my actual quoted wait time. But overall my haircut was okay the hairdresser did exactly what I asked her to do.

One star. The cut not counting wait time was an hour and a half. It normally takes 15 minutes because I get a simple clipper cut. 6 on top 2 on side. Got a new employee. Supervisor didn’t give a s**t about teaching her how to cut. At the end of the hour and a Half! It looked like garbage. Didn’t realize until I got out to the car and saw my reflection in window. Went back in to get it fixed. Manager unavailable. Also, for their benefit I had them wash my hair before the cut. So they didn’t wash it after. So For Their Benefit, I get to have hair down my shirt for the rest of the day. Pretty much defeated the purpose of going to sport clips. I will never go this location again. These high ratings from other people are there because they are lonely men.

Staff is great at this location. They all do a great job with the cuts and making you feel comfortable while your there. I never feel like they are rushing through the cut to get to the next client. Best spot in Oregon City to get a haircut if you're a guy.

I went to this place to get a haircut for school the people cutting hair here suck my side burns were crooked so was the hair on the back of my head and the top was uneven the lady cutting my hair I felt like she was in a Rush the people cutting hair here should take there time I went to a way better barbershop they did a better job than these people and it was cheaper this place literally charges 25 dollars for a hair cut that looks like my dog cut it i am never ever coming to this place again and I recommend not coming here look for a better place trust me you will thank me later I hope a manager sees this because I want a refund

Horrible experience. Only place my son wants to get his haircut. Came in this evening, you could tell they were rushing. My son went back to get his haircut , he told Ashley he wanted the top length to be 2 1/2 inches and the sides shorter. Ashley cut the top of his hair to about an inch. It spikes up like he has a 90s haircut. He is 15yrs, school starts next week. He is disappointed, sad, and very upset. She ruined his hair for school pictures and is self conscious of it. I looked at it, I am not a hairdresser/barber but I can tell it’s very uneven. Definitely will not be back. Sad to say, we have been going there for several years. Some advice, don’t rush, be mindful of what your clients ask for and keep conversations professional, instead of worrying when the. End of the pay period is for you(the conversation between her another lady with faded red and black hair, while cutting my sons hair).. zero customer service.
