Granted, we were all of 8 minutes late, but from minute one service was awful. Defensive and sarcastic. If you're looking for a place that's got a great atmosphere and fun, go to Bond Street Barber instead! I give them 5+ stars

Jason is a down to earth and patient. He was amazing with our one year old. He gave little Man a real cool guy hair cut. He enjoyed going, and we appreciate a place that takes the time to make even the smallest of their customers feel appreciated. We will for sure be back. Great job man!!!

We followed Travis from Bond st. over here. Its not the shop its the barber. Not that the shop isn't great, I actually prefer Smittey's as they had Worthy IPA on tap and it felt less hectic.Travis always leaves us looking good and feeling great! Travis is the only person my son will let cut his hair. Need a great barber this is the place. -Bryan

Jay T was an ass. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly rude and defensive, two characteristics you don't want from someone who is supposed to take your feedback when it comes to your hair. We are tourists, and were looking to get a hair cut for my eighty year old grandfather. When Jay T told us he was full, we asked him for recommendations to other places. He told us to "Google it" and said we were "obviously" not from the area and proceeded to claim he was "the best." We walked out not 3 minutes after entering. We talked to barbers at a different Bend barber shop, who confirmed that everyone says Jay T is an ass. I do not recommend.

Jay T's has a great team and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd recommend anyone going to make reservations and if you have any questions about the products or services offered, just ask them. My barber is awesome and I've been going there for a year now after a friend said he liked their service and I needed a new barber.

When I moved to Bend I was looking for a legit barber and environment that I enjoyed when it was time to get a haircut. I tried different places and different barbers but the barbers and/or barber shop vibe was always inconsistent. With Travis I always enjoy the haircut and the experience. He is the best barber in Bend Oregon, hands down. In addition to the fact that he gives a hell of a haircut, he also takes appointments, and has early riser hours. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting hours to get a mediocre haircut. With Travis you don’t have to wait. I recently needed a haircut short noticed and texted Travis and he was able to fit me in on very short notice. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Go to Smitteys and see Travis. I guarantee you’ll want to continue have Travis cut your hair.
