This place does great cuts but their service sucks! My son missed his appointment one time and canceled it the next time due to ride issues and being a teen in school. Now they denied his request to get his hair cut!!!!!????!!! They want him to pay double for a haircut if he wants to get his hair cut again!?!? He’s a teen for god’s sake! If you were that worried about not making money for his appointment, you should’ve picked up all those walk in complaints and tripled that money! Bad service!

Absolutely amazing cut by Ricky! Best cut I’ve had since I moved to the Salem area 3 months ago and even better than the ones I got back home! I’ve been to a few places around here but none of them were even close to the same skill level as these guys. All the haircuts I saw walk out we’re on point. I can’t say enough about them, called in last night, they got me in this morning and walked out feeling amazing. The thing that impressed me the absolute most was the ATTENTION TO DETAIL they had, making sure every cut was perfect. Well worth the money and definitely will be back every two weeks. I think I’ve found my new shop!

A wedding gift from one of my groomsmen was to get all 8 of us cleaned up for the wedding. The crew at Diamond Cuts did a phenomenal job, completely transforming us from a rough looking group of dudes into a group of handsome men with class. These guys are very talented and take pride in their craft. Thank you guys so much, hands down the best cut I've ever had. I'll be back again many times.

Don’t you dare be 5 minutes late to this place or they’ll tell you that “if you think you’re going to be late, call ahead of time.” And they won’t cut your hair. Forget the fact that you came from out of town and that traffic caused you to be 5 minutes late.

Just got off work to get a cut from this shop since I had poor experience with other barbers. Showed up 10 mins before closing and was told I couldn't get a cut although there were two barbers in the shop. I explained it was urgent because I had a wedding to attend the next day. Still no service. Sign said open enough said. Here's a business tip: If you plan on closing your shop before posted business, take the liberty of turning your sign to the " closed " position. Or, get on Google and change your business hours to 5:30 instead on 6.

Best barbershop in Salem! They always greet me, great prices, the attention to detail all 3 barbers put in is remarkable! I've seen a few people complain about the wait time. However, I always set an appointment to avoid that issue! Tony (the owner) is very good about that, and so are the other 2 barbers, Hernan & Rick. I highly recommend coming here.

Worst place to get your hair cut, they don't know how to schedule correctly, they treat every one with a gang banger attitude I highly recommend you dont get your hair cut there.
