In response a previous review, the barbers "go in the back" with customers to wash out their hair as that is where the shampoo sink is located, nothing odd about it. As for the busy-ness, yes they can get busy from time to time and it is often a benefit to customers to call ahead of time to determine how many customers are in line for a haircut etc. I've personally always had great experiences here, Jeremy always does an amazing job and there's always good banter throughout the shop which makes for a fun environment.

Went in tonight with my 8 year old son. The barber was going in the back with a patron. We waited a couple of minutes. The guy came out and without asking what we wanted stated he was all full up. There was no one else there but was 15 to 6pm. Redirected us to another barber across the street. Why does a barber go in the back of the store with a patron? Why does he so quickly get rid of business without knowing what we want, especially when I'm there with two young kids? Definitely not the barber shops I grew up with.
