Checked in online ahead of time and was told a 30 minute wait time. Ended up waiting more than an hour for the hair cut while the barbers never once seemed like they cared how many people were waiting. The barbers continued with their own side bar conversations instead of cutting anyones hair.

This is a pretty decent place to get your hair cut if you do not have a regular stylist you visit. I go in a few times a year and see whoever will take me and have had a good experience each time, only once was I mildly not happy with my cut. Other than that, it's a chill place with a laid back vibe, free beer too!

I wish there was a zero rating. I went into bishops to have my hair colored and cut. The entire process took FIVE HOURS. I first had them cut my hair into an above-the-shoulder length bob and then asked for the highlights for my ends. It took them THREE 1/2 hours to get my highlights finished. And they charged me $80.00 per hour for this simple service. It was also not disclosed to me that I would be charged separate for my haircut. I did not have a drastic color change, and I simply cannot believe how long it took. In the end I was charged $320 for my hair to simply be cut into a bob and highlighted! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Unfortunately myself and 4 year old went in to this shop for trims. I had a dry cut with no wash or blowdry. My 4 year old had her hair washed and blownout. After being charged $81 and myself ending up with the worst haircut I have ever had (uneven chunks missing) , I had to go back the next day and had the manager, Shannon fix my hair. She did a good job which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. It's a bummer when you spend that much money and end up having to spend your time to make a second trip back and end up with a very short cut that you now need to wait to grow out.
