One of my favorite businesses in OKC! Easily the best barbershop experience I've ever had. All of the barbers are incredibly skilled and are very friendly. The Provisions side of things has all sorts of awesome products that have been painstakingly crafted with attention to detail and quality. Jerrod, the shop owner, is very selective when decided to stock certain products and offers customers an appealing aesthetic that is personally inspiring to me. You can't go wrong with this place.

These guys focus their attention on quality in everything they do from their in-house Weldon Jack Grooming line (their shave products are AMAZING and in the winter I use their beard oil, balm and beard comb) to their hair, beard and shave services in the barbershop. I’ve known about this place since it opened and thought I would finally give it a try. I stopped in to see about an appointment and what they charged. I was told that they do a $15 ‘clipper cut’ and a $30 cut. I made an appointment for a $30 cut and subsequently asked for more clarification on what the difference was between the $15 and $30 cut. I was told that the $15 cut was a 30 minute cut and the primary distinction was that the $30 cut was 50 minutes and they washed your hair after the cut to rinse out the loose hair, etc. I arrived early for my appointment and in the least my cut started no sooner than when my appointment was set if not a few minutes later. I got a good haircut, but they obviously booked somebody else for a half hour later. The next guy was in the chair as I was leaving. I was in and out in probably under 30 minutes and they didn’t wash the loose hair out after the cut. I was charged the full $30 for what to me certainly seemed like was the $15 cut as it was described to me. I can’t believe I tipped the guy $3 after being overcharged. Never again.

The guys cutting hair are great but incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service from the owner. I shared with him that I would not come back as a result of his actions and he acted as if he could not care less. I do not recommend this place. -Jarrod Your claim of me being 20 minutes late only substantiates your lies as a business owner. It also supports your ranking as a lagging barber to that of midtown. The way that you handled my 5 minute ‘tardiness’ by placing someone in my spot and publicly lying in your shop is the reason for your poor rating. Best of luck securing your clients.

This place is awesome! Imagine the most manly barbershop you could think of, thats this place. All the barbers are very friendly and knowledgeable about hair. They explained a lot to me and gave me a lot of advice about what I could do with my hair. Definitely don't be afraid to ask them questions! Their products are great they are very helpful getting you what would work for your hair and how much to use. Its best to book ahead but don't be afraid to check the schedule. Their website is really straightforward and easy to use!

If I could give them ten stars, I would. This place is hands down the best barbershop for men in the OKC area. This isn't a typical haircut place where you walk in, wait a little bit (a few minutes to an hour) and be seen by someone. You'll want to make an appointment. The good news is they have a great online appointment system in place so you can do it through their website. The better news is they actually stick to their appointments and I am always in the chair right at my appointment time. If you do get there early or for some reason they're running behind there's a nice lounge with a little shopping experience. It beats sitting in a waiting room with kids running around and screaming. After a less-than-satisfying experience at other local Barbershop, I decided to take a chance and switch barbershops. I couldn't have made a better choice! Scheduling was easy, service was prompt, the atmosphere was very inviting, my barber (Ryan) was engaging, personable and delivered the perfect haircut and outstanding straight razor shave. Parking is convenient, with a wonderful atmosphere. If you like to look and feel good, this place is for you. Aside from haircuts, they also offer a little shopping experience that is fun to stop and look. Sure, there are other decent barbershops in town but this is at or near the top. I will definitely return!!!!!

I have been growing my first lengthy beard for about 6 months now, and had become a bit on-the-fence on where I should go to get it styled in conjunction with my hair. A friend of mine recommended Weldon Jack. I called to book an appointment and was greeted with a message to use their website for booking. I liked the idea of that, and was even more impressed with their scheduling system featured on the website. It is simple, and provides just enough information for a first timer, such as myself, to make a selection. I scheduled an appointment with Jared Smith, the owner, at 9AM. Fast forward to today. First impression of the shop was good, they have a retail outlet attached to the shop with tons of locally sourced hair product, wallets, helmets, etc. The layout of the business is very well thought out. Jared was very pleasant to work with, conversational and made sure we were both on the same page throughout the cut. The other guys were also super friendly and fun to banter with. The razor fade/beard trim I received from Jared is easily one of my favorites I have ever received and for a more than reasonable price. Weldon Jack earned a loyal customer and I look forward to going back! Highly recommended. Edit: This review is from 12/18. Had my haircut again, a few days ago. Josh Laughlin gave me perhaps the best haircut I've ever had.

WOW! Quality service, quality products affordable prices. I'm not sure what to compare Weldon Jack to as I've never been to a shop quite like it. They are set up in an old service station with full retail on one side and barbershop on the other. The shop is full of quality items including a line of grooming products they make in-house from all natural ingredients. They also sell Biltwell motorcycle helmets along with a line of leather goods, outdoor products, bar top items and more. They always have cool vintage bikes in the window and even have a few new Moto Guzzis for sale on the floor from Motive Cycleworks a dealer in OKC. The owner Jerrod Smith took time to walk me through the shop and was quite the visionary! All the guys are great. It's a must if you are just coming through OKC or if you are looking for your forever barbershop. Thanks again guys!!

I literally can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Weldon Jack. I have a son on the spectrum, and I was so nervous when I called to ask if they have any experience cutting a child’s hair that has autism. Not only was Jerrod more than kind, (brought me to tears) throughout our phone conversation- he kept asking about my son’s needs, and what he could do in his shop to make the appointment safe and sensory friendly for him. I was taken aback by such a wonderful response and I was so grateful for everything they did to make my son comfortable. The appointment itself was an amazing experience for my son and my family. Jerrod was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. He turned down his music, brought out quieter trimmers, and kept his shop in a calmer atmosphere just for my son. (I didn’t ask for any of that- he did it because he cares about his customers and their needs) Words cannot describe how appreciative I am to have found such an amazing place with amazing people. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because I had good past experiences. This last time I would give it 0 stars if I could do a single event. It seems like there was a turn over of staff because my normal barber wasn't there. So I had to pick another barber. First, the barber was 40 minutes behind. So I had to wait which would have been fine if the barber didn't spend the next 5 minutes complaining that he was behind because the previous customer didn't like his haircut and wanted it changed. I have a simple cut. 3 on sides and small trim on top. I've been getting the same cut for years from different barbers. This was the first time anyone messes up. I have a very natural defined part. It does it on its own. Well, the guy pulls my hair up in like a ponytail and runs the razor ( which was not a 3. Much shorter) on BOTH sides and back and does an uneven cut on the top. Didn't ask how I part my hair or how i normally style it. It literally was the worst cut I've ever had. I don't know if it was the fact he was behind, lack of experience, or just misunderstood what I wanted but he should have know the cut was going to look bad. I had to go to another barber or should I say barbers because it took 2 of them and an hour to figure out how to fix my hair without just cutting it all off. Hair grows back luckily, but also I was lucky that I didn't have a special event to go to that could have been ruined by a haircut.

I visit OKC regularly and I decided to give this barber shop a try based on the 5 start rating. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the haircut was not worth the $౩౦. The haircut and wash probably took 15-20min. Barber said a beard line up was an extra fee and didn't even blend it in to my fade. Looked ridiculous. When I got home I blended it myself and noticed that there were still long hairs around my ears and cleaned them up myself. Barber was a nice guy and I feel bad leaving a negative review but my opinion is you are paying for the atmosphere and getting a low grade haircut. Save your money and get the same quality at sport clips or any other chain.

Couldn't ask for a better barbershop. Been going to Dillon for the last 6 months and he does a great job. Kinda gave him free reign a few months ago and he gave me a cut I love and that looks great! Normally I struggle with hairstyles since I have two big cowlicks up front, but he found a style that works with them and looks great! Great shop, great conversation, badass haircut, every time!

The store itself was very nice. I loved the modern rustic style that it gave off. But getting my haircut was a lot different the barber( Joshua) wasn’t very welcoming, conversation was dry as the Oklahoma weather, and I left with a haircut I didn’t ask for. I asked for 2 inches not 3. This guy made me look like damn drill sergeant. The fade was not satisfactory at all. It seemed to be a little too rushed also. It’s prett obvious that he has no experience with curly hair.All in all I will not be going there anymore. 3/5

I had an issue with my experience this barber shop, but the owner personally contacted me and was super helpful. I came in for a haircut, beard trim and shave (neckline and cheeks) The barber doing it gave me razor burn on my neck because he shaved against the grain of my beard hair on the first pass. However, I do have very thick facial hair compared to most people, and my hair grows straight up towards the top of my head. I've given myself razor burn quite a few times before I figured out what I was doing. I contacted the owner, and he was incredibly polite and helpful, and reimbursed me for the shave portion of my appointment with them. He also said he would get the barber who shaved me (Drake) to watch a shave for someone with thicker hair so that he could see how to take care of it. Overall, I'm still really happy with my experience. People make mistakes, and overall the ones made were very small. Drake gave me ONE OF THE BEST haircuts I've ever gotten, and got my neckline shape better than I normally can. Even after that, I'd 100% come back for another haircut, and I'd honestly still give Drake another go at shaving my neck! Top notch haircut, Top notch service.

I've also purchased the house brand beard balm which may seem a bit pricey compared to mass produced products, but it is very high quality and worth the money.

I was a client at Weldon Jack for over 2 and a half years. I used to get my haircut 2-3 times a month depending on my work schedule. I had a real bad experience with the proprietor of the establishment, it was so bad that I no longer go there. I was looking to purchase a flask since I had lost mine, the owner Jared came over to ask me if I needed help. I asked a few questions about the products and he answered them very condeseningly and seemed annoyed. I told him that I didn’t like the silver finish since it would show scratches, he then showed me a black carbon fiber one. I told him that it wasn’t really carbon fiber and that it would fade and scratch being in my pocket. He angrily took it from me and said if you have $300 bucks I could get a real one. He took a cloth and started wiping down the ones I touched and told me if I’m not going to buy one to stop touching his stuff. He lacks any kind of customer service and made me feel horrible. I have not gone to that shop since and I refuse to go. I have found a better shop with professional barbers that focus on customer service, and make their clients feel good.

This place is legit. I came in from out of town and didn't want to get butchered by a chain location. Looking online it was pretty obvious this was the place to go for a men's cut in the area. I walked in on a Saturday to see if there was anything available....bad idea. This place is obviously popular and booked up regularly. I went ahead and made an appointment for the following week and picked up some beard products on the way out. The beard products are awesome (made in-house). I have numerous different waxes/oils/etc from different companies but the scents of Weldon Jack's oils are the best. On my way out the door the guys were more than helpful giving me recommendations of things to do in OKC. When I went in for my haircut the next week the barber (Drake) was incredibly personable. I'm tired of getting haircuts where you just sit down, shut up and accept what you get. Drake gave options, explained his reasoning behind what he was doing, and helped me get the style I wanted, not just the cut. Definitely make these guys your regular shop, and check out all the awesome gear they have from watches to shoes, bags, hats, motorcycle gear, etc. The owner is obviously passionate about this company and does a great job stocking the place with the coolest gear. Wish we had these guys in Salt Lake City!

I quite literally got the best haircut and beard trim of my life here. I’m only 22 but hey, they do great work. They straight razor and all that snazzy stuff and even got the fancy chairs that lean back for the beard trim! Michael Arms cut my hair and the other barbers are very skilled as well. Everyone has several years of experience and it truly shows. I haven’t stopped smiling since I left this place. He cut my hair at 5 o’clock the night before Thanksgiving and they were booked. That tells you that Weldon’s is worth it. If you want a mans haircut and something new and refreshing, then these guys will be the ones to deliver! I will be coming back without a doubt.

Weldon Jack is by far the best barber shop I have been to here in OKC or in the DC area. I was worried that it would be a little too "hip" for me, but these guys are awesome; welcoming, friendly, professional, and skilled at what they do. The provisions side has a lot of cool items to look at while you're waiting for your appointment. Jerrod is awesome at fades and, from his training and natural ability, has a huge understanding of how different hair and growth patterns needs specific cuts. I have always had troubles with haircuts because of my super straight and fine hair -- so much so that I would always have to go home and touch up the haircut I just got. The two haircuts I have gotten so far have been only times that haven't had to fix anything. If you are a little worried that a standard haircut is a little pricey, don't sweat it! The experience and quality cut makes it completely worth it.
