Great place to get a quick cut while picking up a few things in Wal-Mart. Affordable prices and usually a very short wait. Professional friendly staff (Jenny is wonderful). They also sell quality products!

If I could give this salon NO stars I would. When we first walked in, we were not greeted at all. The lady up front named Yolanda asked “Can I help y’all over there?” with an attitude while rolling her eyes. My mom was scheduled to get her hair relaxed by Nikki (which whom was very nice and polite), but Yolanda on the other hand kept telling my mom that she couldn’t get hair relaxed without letting us know WHY she couldn’t. I had to ask multiple times as well as Nikki telling Yolanda to explain to us why my mom couldn’t. The whole entire time Yolanda spoke with an attitude while rolling her eyes many times at us. Yolanda was very unprofessional and rude and we hope something is done for better customer service.

Hillary was able to work me into her schedule last minute for a quick cut during another appointment for a foil. It was my first time having my hair cut there, and everyone was very pleasant. Hillary did an excellent job and my hair is exactly the way I wanted it. She was also helpful in finding a product for me to style my hair with. Great first experience!

Every time I walk in there I don't know what I want, they figure something out, then I walk out loving my new hair. If you find something wrong with your hair the next day, just go to the same stylist and she will fix it with no extra charge. They're just great there.

In three years going from place to place trying to find a decent haircut for a decent price, I have learned that this place is the best haircut in Morgantown. I would go back to have Tonya work on my hair again in a heartbeat! And all the other ladies there were so nice! Highly recommend!

the worst place I've visited. I made an appointment. arrive on time. the clerk does not even say anything or wait a little longer, nothing, after waiting more than 15 minutis I left. They do not respect the time of other people ... they simply do not care, so I recommend going to another place. here the attention to the clients and the respect does not exist.

I have been going to SmartStyle since I moved to Brookings from the Twin Cities. Kristin is the best and she takes time to listen to your needs. She is friendly and greets everyone with a smile when you walk into the salon. The only way I will stop going there is if she were to leave or if the salon closes. Prices and services are top notch!

My husbands hair was butcherd....the lady had no clue how to cut his hair...even though it was a very simple cut, then to cover up the mistakes she drowned his hair with hair gel...it looks horrible...THEN...we could not get a receipt, so we could not back to get it fixed...she has no business cutting hair in no way shape or form...she needs to find different work in the worse way!!!

I found Yolanda when I was in a hair panic because I was out of hairspray and my hair had gone flat on my way to an event. I bought the spray and then asked to use her hairdryer and round brush. She ended up working w my hair and it looked great! I could tell she knew what to do and have been coming ever since. Love her cuts and the price is amazingly affordable!
