Worst haircut in 20 years. Constant complaining and concerned about 4 customers waiting.spent 8 minutes on me and that included a shampoo 3dollar cut and charged 17$. should have waited for Narie the pro. instead let the owner butcher me cause she was in a hurry.I will not return what a ripoff. Nataly kicked my husband out today because he wanted someone other then her to trim his hair. Nataly cut it twice before and both times lines were uneven and the cut wasn't what he asked for. Out of nowhere she started yelling at him and shoving her phone in his face saying she was going to call the police if he didn't leave. At first he thought it was some sort of joke, he has been there many times before. ****Nataly - It doesn't matter if your hair cuts are $10.00 or $100.00 in the United States we do NOT treat paying customers like CRIMINALS when they simply know that you SUCK! Thank you however,for acting like a fool, he walked to the next hair place and found the girl that you RAN off as well, claiming she took your customers. Shes happy and thriving with business by the way. Maybe people just don't like you and your snarky attitude! He is happier now that he found her, and they both had a big laugh at your recent actions, which seem a little "CRAZY" do you want to make money or not? Keeping good help and customer is the key to a successful business!

For $10, I got a very personal haircut with a straight razor neck shave, hot towel, shampoo, light head massage and the lady who did my hair even offered to trim up my eyebrows. Result? Definitely one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I tipped very graciously because I was extremely surprised by everything I received for a ridiculously low price but at a very high quality.

DO NOT GO HERE. She shaved my husband completely bald and then when we called her to complain she argued with us and said she was ganna call the cops?!! Not once did she apologize or want to fix it but she argued and fought with us. I want to save other customers the TIME AND MONEY of going to this TERRIBLE place. I'm so furious. I know we will never ever ever be going back there again he looks terrible! Wish I didnt even have to give this place 1 star cause they dont even deserve that

About 15 minutes wait. Not bad. I have long thick hair & requesting a courtesy shampoo, trim & condition treatment. She told me $15, then $20 which is fine. She didn't want to shampoo my hair since she said it would take too long and she has customers coming in They have on their window free shampoo. I was very tired of her saying she didn't have time to do my hair grumbling it seemed. It was uncomfortable to get a haircut from someone who didn't want to do it. There was alot of men and children coming in. In fact, a family walked out waiting and she went after them to come back in. She told me "see they walk out since it takes too long". I understand I am not the norm haircut, but I felt rushed out the door. She said she couldn't do a hot conditioner treatment on my hair right now. I have an animal rescue that takes all my time so I really wanted this to relax and do something nice for myself. It's been a long time since I had a trim. I just heard alot of grumbling about my hair being thick and taking so long and customers walking out. It made feel bad and almost unwelcomed.
