Went in the other day for a shave and a hairhaircut. A pre tend a barber named Nathan cut me once with that clippers and three times with the razor. Acted like it was no big thing. Said to just put antibiotic ointment on it very unprofessional. Always used Miss Paula in the past. But this time as I was walking back to her chair this kid gets out of his and tells me to sit in his. I always thought you could choose your barber here. Will never let him touch my head again.

Pretty overpriced for a highly mediocre haircut.. Just moved to Mustang and needed to find a new barber. I usually just get a medium fade and hard part. 17 bucks for a 12 minute haircut. Fade was decent but the part is wide and crooked. Didnt say anything to the barber because there's no going back from a bad part.. no style or gel, no neck shave, no conversation. It seems they could do a little bit more and it would make the experience go a long way.

First and last haircut I will get here. The difference between the requested cut height of finger length and what I recieved was almost a finger. Worst haircut I've had in many years. Super cuts does a better job. At least I got to pay for a terrible haircut. Rick if you were paying that much attention to your new hires conversation, you also heard me say 2 on the sides and finger length on the top. The first thing he touched my hair with was shears on the top of my head. Too late at the point. But you could have spoken up then. A good business owner would take responsibility and try to salvage the situation, not blame the customer that was provided poor service by an employee and now an owner. But I guess it's my fault for trying to give a locally owned shop my business by "traveling ".

The white haired woman on the far right hardly greeted me as i walked to her chair. She made it seem like I was a bother to be there and that She would rather not be doing her job. She then began cutting my hair while she watched tv. In the end my low fade was a high "fade", if you consider a fade a very sharp and uneven line. I do not recommend this place. I haven't dealt with the other employees however, Rick seemed decent.

Asked for my beard trimmed and evened, got home and it was two different areas.. one was short and the other was longer.. the lady worked on my beard for 15 minutes and I don’t have a long beard to begin with, but then she looked over everything and was ok with how it looked.. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home and had to fix it.. I have picture after I left.. usually love this place.. must have been an off day for the lady
