I really hate to give them a one star but I have made 2 separate appointments at the Northwest expressway location and they have messed up both appointments. My 1st appointment I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before they could even get me in and I was told it would be 30 minutes on my 2nd appointment. It's unfortunate because they actually give a decent haircut but I have little tolerance or patients when it comes to having to wait 30 minutes for a haircut that I scheduled ahead of time.

I usually get my haircut from KO expressway due to its close proximity to work, even though ive been to all their locations and all of them are very well maintained. I get my appointments with Anna and she does an immaculate job with my hair. I am honestly never disappointed. Give it a try!

I went to Knockouts in OKC today for the first time, and the beautiful staff greeted me with a roomful of smiles, hellos, and welcomes. The shop is meticulously clean, has a cool vibe, and offers the best hospitality ever. I did not have a scheduled appointment, but no worries here. Gina took care of me right away. After a few questions about the cut/style I wanted, she read my mind and cut my hair exactly like I wanted it! Gina is amazing! I highly recommend Knockouts in OKC for a laid back, friendly experience with a very professional haircut/style included. The best experience ever!

I recently moved to OKC and was looking for a place to get my haircut and heard about this place. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. This place had me going from the start, I mean I walked into this place and one of the first things they offered me was a beer! Yes, a beer. The atmosphere was amazing as well, the staff was extremely friendly and the room was filled with smiles. After they washed my hair they set me down and they had a TV that I could watch whatever I wanted to on. I mean not only do you get a beer but each customer gets their own personal TV while they get their haircut. Now if that doesn't convince you, let's keep this journey going. After the haircut and the nice convo with my hairdresser, they take you to wash your hair again. And here's the kicker, they give you a hot towel to put on your face and offer you a hand massage. Let me be the first to say, I was a little skeptical at first with the towel, but WoW, it was so relaxing. And as a desk jockey, the complimentary hand massage felt great. I would have never thought that a hot towel and a hand massage could be so relaxing. I will definitely be going here again. To say this place is the bees knees is the understatement of the year. I would recommend this place to any guy that needs to get their haircut.

It's an awesome place for men! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Jess gave me the mlbest cut that I had in years. The prices and atmosphere are far greater than that you can find at any "Salon". Give it one try and you wont go back to your barber. The wash before and after the cut are included with the price. They also put a refreshing hot towel over your face while they wash you hair. Do yourself a solid and check it out! I Love this place!

Don't bother to make an appointment! I called the location at Courtyard Plaza early in the morning and made an appointment for 6:00 PM. I showed up on time and was told to take a seat and someone would be with me in a minute as soon as she finished up with her customer. After 20 minutes of waiting and no one had the professional courtesy to come over to me and let me know what was going on or to let me know it would be a few more minutes I walked out. I have only been to this location one time before and I won't be back!

Jessica G is awesome! She always does a fantastic job cutting my husband hair. She is really meticulous about her work and always provides the perfect hair cut. The entire staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. At first my husband was a little skeptical about going to Knockouts since he was not very impressed with two other barbers shops he had visited prior to seeing Jessica G at Knockouts. I have been getting haircuts from this location since I found them a couple of years ago. I have had many stylists during that time. I get great service every time no matter who takes care of me. With 50 years experience getting haircuts, this place is hands down the best service and cut I have ever had. I have tried other Knockout locations as well, but even they don't match up. Great atmosphere, great service, and a great haircut every single time. I am going to miss them dearly when I move.

Always an exceptional experience here. There are free beverages if you are so inclined. I have a very hectic schedule with lots of travel, but I drive hundreds of miles just to see the kind ladies here. I would recommend any of them, as they are all very skillful and courteous. If you can get an appointment, my personal recommendation is Jess. She has always done very well with my hair, which can be finnicky at best, and she gives such great neck massages. Due to my erratic needs, as of late I have been unable to see her. The last 2 haircuts I have received are from the new girl Jessica. She is very friendly and sweet, and also does a great job. I enjoy letting the girls here have relative creative freedom with my hair, and each of them has their own style of cutting. Don't be afraid to let them choose a hairstyle for you, I am very particular about my appearance, but I have never been dissatisfied with my cuts.

Over the phone they told me I could just walk in and get a quick cut since they weren't too busy. I show up and they have an hour and a half estimated wait and tell me they only have two barbers. Could've used that info over the phone, before the 25 min drive (rush hour traffic).

Did not like how the time expectations were communicated to me. Appeared like others who came in after I did got service first, at least twice. I assume others got to go before me because they had preferred stylists. Did not really care for having my hair washed so many times, all the hair product that was used in the process, and the use of a straight razor. The haircut, when I finally got one, was not bad.

Well for starters I'm a very picky person and my hair is my number 1 on my lists..the lady didn't do the hair cut I wanted said she wanted to put her own taste in it.. so I said yeah sure.. so she give me a comb over.. fine whatever I had comb over after comb over.. then I ask for a line up... everyone knows what a line up edge up is right??? Well they didn't and the manager says "well white men don't usually do that" "we usually don't do that" well you should have said something.. because well I do.. towards the end of the hair cut the manager had to come by and fix my back and use clippers to it.. didn't check the rest of it (one mistake on hair you gotcha check everywhere to be sure) didn't see anything.. I have told the lady what she messed up on and she said "oh I know now I see it I took to much off" so I said well next time I'll show you a pick (which I showed her one pick of a hair cut I want and she didn't do that) sooooo at the end I say I love it and was gunna fix it when I got home.. paid and left.. not kidding you on got to the car looked in the rear view mirror and clicked on my light my hair light on one side is 1/2 in back my side of my hair like is crooked so bad and my comb over is a jagged.. horrible experience I'll never go back.. I have friends now tell Me their jacked up story's from this place.. this place is worthless to me.. honestly if it wasn't for the free beer sports on tv and okay looking woman in there they would be outta business.. knockouts is the most down right disastrous place I ever had my hair cut.. *!@$ them all..

This time we took my 9-year-old son for his first cut here and had a super positive experience, as we've come to expect. He now has his own personal groomer for the guys' "haircut dates"!
