I went in and was out in 5-10 minutes. I couldn't get the staff to say "Hello" or even "I'll be with you in a moment". I'm taking my business elsewhere. Even though they appear to have a fantastic shaving collection, I'd rather buy it on Amazon so I won't have to deal with the staff.

I love the hot towels and the whole process of the old-style Barber shop. Also, the setting and the atmosphere lends itself to all of the offerings in the shop. There are hair products, of course, but hats and some great accessories are available as well!

Its old fashioned, yet exotic. Swanky, yet simple. Kendall did a great job with trimming my beard and cutting my hair. Even though its a pricey haircut for a small town boy, the manly pampering, (yes, thats a thing) and the quality over quantity mindset more than makes up for it. Ill be back from now on!

Remember the good old days, when you could walk into a barber shop and get a shave and a haircut? Remember that leather strop that hung on the side of the chair? Very high quality shoppe with what I think are fair prices. Before I found this place I was butchering my face expensive disposable razors and what I thought was premium facial stuff. Boy was I wrong! Chuck is truly outstanding. I enjoy some "me" time away from all the kids relaxing with a premium shave every month or so -- such a great experience. I've always had Chuck help me out on the floor with products so I don't have any experience asking the other guys any questions, however everyone in there is top notch and very friendly. I thought double-edged safety and straight razors were a thing of the past, and guys there have really taught me how to shave with excellent products. This is a true gentleman's shop in every sense. I highly recommend.

I have literally gotten my hair cut here twice in the past from other barbers that used to work there. I called today to get an appointment and they said they do not do “women’s hair”. Keep in mind, I explained that I have a short fade and under cut hairstyle with a hard part. They told me that it doesn’t matter, that I am a woman and they will not cut women’s hair, no matter what the style is. I will never suggest this shop to ANYONE ever again, male or female. I guess my $40+ for a hair cut isn’t worth having a woman in their building.

Went in for a haircut and was very pleased. The shop itself is neat and filled with interesting grooming products and the various things a man might want, dop kits, wallets, etc. Chuck knows what he's doing and I appreciate that. He's a friendly guy and very thorough in his cuts. Something I find lacking in a lot of places. If I have one complaint it's that the lack of a sink to do shampooing or rinsing left me with a lot of loose cut hairs till I got home. But I think the atmosphere, skill, and price point make it more than worthwhile. Check it out.

Went in looking for Christmas gift ideas and came out frustrated with the lack of customer service. As another reviewer stated, no one came up to greet me or offer to answer any questions I had about their products. I didn't even know they offered barber services until reading some of the other reviews after leaving. I think I'll check out Strop Shoppe or Weldon Jack instead.

Decent selection of the old school Euro shaving brands (Taylor, Trumper, Truefitt). There are a lot of new products they don't carry. I think they should branch out and look at some of the newer brands, maybe check Maggard Razors if you want to see what I mean.

Excellent shop and great products(yes they have PLENTY of local products). Chuck is a fantastic barber. Also, the reviewers saying they 'don't keep up with trends' have no clue the purpose of the store. They sell top hats...Honestly, do we expect them to 'keep with the trends?' This is a store for the modern gentleman(in the most traditional sense of the word), not a store for those looking to suddenly become 'metro-sexualized'. Good to see a store catering to men who have class.
