Horrible service.! Barbers have low budget attitudes. I brought my nephew in to get his hair cut and two people behind us when ahead of us. We had already been sitting for an hr. People hanging outside shop very unprofessional.

This Barbor Shop is the real deal! I came in with my hair looking horrible because of a rookie barbor. I told the barbor to help me and he transformed my haircut. Thank you so much Urban Kutz. KStew is the one who cut my hair. He’s the truth!

My son came in for a haircut and he was charged a total of $50. 17 years old he got there at 5:30 and because it took the Barber a while to get to him this Barber charged him 20 extra dollars saying that it was after hours. When he got there it was not after hours.this barber shop just lost 2 Customers today. The barber did a good job cutting his hair but not worth $50. My son was there by his self I usually drop both of my sons at the Barbershop and the total price would be $40 Yesterday I only dropped one son off and his haircut came to $50

Best place in OKC for 20$ haircut and the place is always in high spirits, the barbers all know their craft really well and can make adjustments on the gly, whenever I feel like I need to look clean and faded perfectly I come here and they always take care of me

I normally don't put up reviews. But Today definitely will be the day! I am so upset with the professionalism and lack of being punctual from "The Artist"! First I want to say that his work is Amazing! but when it comes to handling a situation that was his fault he has disappointed me. Here is a description of the situation.... I came in a day before my son's haircut to make an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following day for his earliest availability. He told me he would be there at 9 am. Then proceeded to ask me if I'm sure i will be there at 9 am. I agreed and told him I would. When i got to the shop at 845 am no one was there so of course i waited. I call the number on the building.. no answer. He did not get to the shop until 953 am. Because I was so upset( did not want to be irate) I told my child to go in the shop to get his hair cut. Thinking The Artist would not charge us full price or apologize because of his lack of punctuality. Nope low and behold he still charges my son full price with no apology!! So I go into the shop and walk up to him to talk to him without making a scene. He tells me that he has kids he needed to take to school like everyone else( WHY WOULD YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT FOR 9 AM IF YOU KNEW YOU HAD TO TAKE YOUR KIDS TO SCHOOL) and that he was okay with charging us full price for the hair cut without any discount and said he apologized to my son. All reality he did not! My advice to anyone going to this shop please make sure that is the only plans you have for that day and don't expect any professional sympathy or apology for their mistakes.Also don't make an appointment because it will be a waste of your time.

FRFR, this place cool AF!!! They got some pop n shot for the kids, some pool, weights, snacks, AND, we didn't have and appointment and they still got us in!!!! WHAT!!!! To make things even better, my son came in with a crappy attitude and they was cool AF with him trying to help him choose a cut and everything... Highly recommend this place for a great expierence!

3rd barber I went to in 7 days trying to find someone who’s got skills, professional and not wasting my time. I found kstew and he’s the man!! Don’t waste your time at these other joker barber shops in okc or Tulsa.
