Poor Customer Service for a potential first time customer. After setting up an appointment online through their website and getting a confirmation email, I drive over to the shop for my appointment. When I walk up for the Sunday appointment, the shop looks closed, with hours posted Tuesday through Saturday (not Sunday). Upon looking in the window, and not seeing anyone, I assume the shop to be closed and leave. When I get home I receive an email that because I "missed" my appointment, I would be charged $25! Terrible experience and I can't believe they won't work with me to reschedule for a reduced charge or anything. Overall very disappointed.

This is not a barbershop. This is a salon. They do not give you a haircut, they give you a 40 dollar hairstyle that needs product to look good. Misleading business name, friendly employees.

Love the guys here. It's really laid back. The guys are all easy to get a long with and can hold good conversation while cutting your hair. I can't speak to the shaves yet but the haircuts I've received have all been well done and grow out nice. They definitely know what they are doing. It has a nice old school barber vibe with an updated touch. All in all great experience.

I generally have a good experience here, but after today, I learned to stick with Brian or Ryan! Don't have much experience with Patrick, honestly. However, if they are not available, I will wait until they are. I usually get a taper & a light beard trim. I am trying to grow the beard full and my beard was trimmed more than I wanted today which was disappointing, then when I went to pay, my bill was $40. I am usually charged $25. Patrick was there & knew what I am usually charged and he rectified the situation! Very appreciative of that! Although, not happy with the work on my beard. I am going to trim it down & start again unfortunately.

Ryan is the man! Every time I go in I get a haircut and beard trim, there's more beard than hair anymore. His attention to detail is amazing and I constantly get comments from strangers after I get a line up and beard trim. Best haircut and beard trim around I drive 40 min regularly just for the service and the atmosphere. Fun and relaxing, great group of guys!

If you have trouble explaining a hair style, beard style or have been burned by barbers in the past come to Eddy's. Admittedly I have only worked with Ryan, but he does an excellent job every time. I've never left there with a bad cut. Very relaxed atmosphere where you can catch up on 90's television shows you haven't see since you were a kid and listen to some good post-punk music.
