My wife reached out a week in advance for an appointment on a specific day due to this being my only day off. The reply was I’ll get back to you with no one ever getting back to us we followed up several times with a reply almost a week later saying “oops“. No sorry no apologizing no trying to make it right just oops followed by I only have this date. Well it being a week later of course she only had this date. The service seems to be lacking and the reputation of this is the best place in town seems to have gone to the head of the the people here. Lost a potential regular customer without even providing a service for the first time.
