Went here to get a hair dye and specifically said that I didn’t want to get my hair cut. The lady then continues to cut about three inches off, and then gives me “layers” which make my hair look choppy and unprofessional. Better yet, the right side of my hair is a good two inches shorter than the left, and it is clearly noticeable for I revieced plenty of comments and got asked who did my hair. I’m very disappointed with how the hairdresser didn’t seem to listen when I made it clear that I did NOT want to go any shorter with my length. I have no problems with the color whatsoever, but for her to completely do whatever she wants with my hair after I have her specific instructions definitely isn’t worth my 200 dollars. On another hand, I now have to go out of my way to make another appointment elsewhere to fix the butchered cut. Completely disappointed.

If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Today my mom and I went here to get our hair trimmed. The woman who took me back sat me down and I told her "I have a lot of split ends and I'd like to keep as much length as possible" As any stylist would know it's harder to find split ends with soaking hair. However, the woman washed my hair and then sat me down to cut. She started at the back without asking if I was okay wit how much she would be cutting so I assumed it wouldn't be a lot. When she got to the front I could see she was cutting off 3 inches! She finished in about 5 minutes which is EXTREMELY too fast. Also I have very curly hair naturally so when I get my hair trimmed they normally don't do it all in one straight line because that looks ridiculous for curly hair. The woman did as straight as she could but still one side was longer than the other. Then she put me under the dryer and left me there while she proceeded to get her purse and coat ready. She obviously rushed so she could leave before her shift ended. She also put a total of at least 5 different products in my hair making it so I could barely comb through it with my fingers. However, the woman who did my mom's hair did a great job! So just a warning if the woman with the chair at the very end of the row on the left with a limp and brown hair with layers tries to cut your hair I recommend you ask for someone else. I honestly believe this person should be fired. I realize I should've told her I disliked it but she started at the back and by the time she got to the front it was too late to say anything bc the back was already so short. Also I still have split ends because my hair is on layers and she didn't touch anything except the bottom 3 inches of my hair

The worst place ever for a hair cut. I had gone for a Step/Layer cut. A lady came with a frowning face and took me to her chair and she just started off. When I told her do these to my hair ,she wantedly asked me twice each word. Very rude. She cut my hair so badly ,Its in an uneven state now. There are no layers. I told them I dint see any layers,She took me again and chopped off my hair literally. worst experience for hair cuts. Please dont go here...

I brought my 5 year old son here to get a haircut. I was given an "appointment" for a certain time. I returned 5 minutes before the appointment time. We sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes. We were not even acknowledged. I swear someone came in while we were waiting and was taken as a walk in, although I cannot be 100% sure of this. It is not like no one saw us. Finally, one of the stylists came to the front and I thought that might be for us. Nope, she said bye to someone and went back, sat down at her chair and I saw her eating out of a Tupperware. At this point my son was tired, wired, and needed a nap. I wanted to tell someone we were leaving but as it had been for the half hour we were sitting there, no one even acknowledged us, so we left. Not sure what is going on here but the customer service is severely lacking. Definitely, 100% for sure, we will not be back.

Do not get your hair cut here. I came in for a simple trim and came out with it being uber short in the back and long in the front with no angle. I complained and said it was wrong and pointed out there was no angle and looked awful and the stylist told me if I did not like it was my prerogative to like or not like my hair. I went to another salon 2 days later and had to cut it all short to match it up even a little because she did NOT cut my hair correctly. Today I called the store and was told I could call back another day to speak with the manger. There was no apology....NOTHING. I wish I could rate them with ZERO stars.

Staff very nice, cut was good, but at the end I asked price because I saw no price list when I entered. Once I paid $26 just to cut in Bob, I said I cant really tell if she did good job or not so the lady who took my money said I usually tell everybody about full service but I didn't think you had time. Let me be the judge, so I said let me get full service, she said no the stylist cant do it, but come back and pay full price full service for $38. I just got out chair is there someone else that can finish and I pay difference? She said no. That was soooo wrong of them and foolish of me for sitting down without options/prices. I dont and won't go back.

Waited about 10 minutes when there was one other customer and only two people working. Once the only customer was finished the stylist proceeded to converse with the customer for about 5 more minutes before the two turned their attention to me. Stylist had no idea what I wanted done to my hair when my description was stupidly simple. The stylist took her time to cut my hair and constantly asked me if my hair looked ok. She trimmed off tiny bits of hair on my sides when I had told her I wanted a one multiple times. She practically ended up cutting my hair the same length all over. Not only was there no difference between the length of hair on the top and sides (I wanted a simple fade) but the hair was cut unevenly and looked silly. Will never go back and was a complete waste of 25 dollars

Like any salon, there's excellent stylists and terrible stylists. Bria is excellent! I like funky, unusual hair and Bria was able to envision what I requested. Bria isn't afraid to cut my hair short and she understands how to add dimensions. She will tell me if something isn't going to work with my hair type and has fantastic suggestions. I highly recommend Bria.

Terrible..brought my son there after his ortho appointment this morning. Which we do every 5 weeks after every appoint. They open at 9:00, we were right there when they opened and the girl tells me she can't cut hair til 11. Really. She said yeah I'm the only one here and I have a conference call. I guess they didn't schedule properly today.

They gave my kid a bowl cut! Worst hair cut ever! Don't trust your hair with this staff. I took my son here and i was shocked with the results. Thank god the manager I complained to took the time to fix one of his worker's mess up! It was a miracle. But I highly recommend not even bothering trying out this place.

Took my daughter to get her hair did for her 13th birthday. My daughter was pretty nervous but they made her feel very comfortable. Jeananne did an amazing job on Bailey's hair, it was a difficult job because of Bailey's hair type. But they tackled the job here and I don't think we could be happier. The girl that did my hair was great but she made a mistake and gave me the wrong color I wasn’t to concerned until I paid for it apparently Regis has changed their prices I was charged $60.00 for color and $27.00 for a toner and $17.00 conditioner pretty pricey.......I probably won’t go back didn’t get what I wanted and I paid for it.......

Please share the warning- I paid $135 for the worst colorcare I have ever received and worked with a very unkind and abrasive staff. I was even charged me extra to remove the color they had done incorrectly. After all was said and done, my scalp was burnt (either from neglect under heat, or chemical) and I could not brush my hair for the two days that followed. I have never had to share anything so negative in my life, but people need to know. I repeat- PASS IT ON. Nobody should be subject to that kind of treatment in a salon, or anywhere.
