I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly. The store was clean and well organized. The added bonus was at the checkout. I got a significant discount on the product without having to ask for it. I guess they were having a promotion. I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times without issues until today. The counter clerk and her manager were both rude and the counter clerk had an attitude that seemed to stem from what her manager was telling her through the headset. In a customer facing role great service is essential for the business you chose to represent when you accepted an offer to work on the team and these two didn’t represent Michael’s very well.

I was able to look online and see if they had the item and what aisle number it would be on, how much it, if it was in stock, and which store. All I had to do was run in, grab my item. The line was a bit long but as soon as it got long they got another cashier and I was in and out in less than 6 min. I bought some foam masks to do arts and crafts with for my nephews and associate was so funny and nice. I wish I paid attention to her name but alas I'm sure it is glitter glued and painted with everthing else that day. The basic white mask was only 99 cent and ready to decorate.

This location is fairly easy to get in and out of so long as you don't go during rush-hour. The store is well stocked and organized and staff is usually readily available if you have questions. Due to the fact that it is set up better they have more of the products I need. And it seems to be run better for some odd reason. The staff is friendlier they also know what they are doing whereas / the other Michaels store they don't have a clue I absolutely love the staff in this store

This is your typical big box craft store and the selection is fine. However, after waiting in line to check out for close to 20 minutes in the middle of the day on a weekday I found it necessary to post a review. I had 3 items. There was one check out person working while numerous employees floated around the store apparently looking for something to do. I think the management of this store would benefit from being more mindful of customer's busy schedules.

If you have an imagination this place is gold if you don't know what to do just look around there's so many choices from every learning ability there's something for everyone young and old.
