You pay for the haircut but you gain an experience at CBB. Obviously the haircuts & beard trims are trophy worthy, but you gain the experience of what a local barbershop is. First name basis, great convo, very hospitable and everything you would expect from a local barber shop. Do you follow CBB on instagram or FB? Constant updated pics of hair cuts giving the customer new ideas on which direction they can go. I mean if they ain’t working to gain your business, then I do not know who is.

Giving this place a 2.... The barber that took care of me was good and the cut looked fine. My problem is they charged me $25 for a simple clean up. I mean the guy didn't even touch the top, just faded up my sides and cleaned up my lines. I wonder if its because I am a female because their website claims that female undercuts are more. If a dude walked in for a quick (I mean quick, I was in the chair for like 10 minutes) clean up would he have been charged $25? The barber didn't even blow the hair off my neck or anything. I can go to a 5* salon and get a clean up for the same cost and the hair dresser is going to clean me up, texturize the top, wash, and style. Definitely not worth the price, but appreciate the quick walk in service.

Booked appointment online for haircut, hot towel and straight razor for 51 dollars but only received a ok haircut no hot towel or straight razor shave. Once I got home had to trim the hair behind my ears, and even out my mustache, seems they need to pay a little more attention to detail.

I've been getting my hair cut here for the last two years. My go to guy is Lee. He is super professional; you can tell he is passionate about what he does and I've always been pleased with the cuts I get. Best barber I've been to in the 5 years I've lived in NC. If you can't get an appointment with Lee I've had a few cuts with Marcus and one of the newer guys and they are both very skilled as well. You really can't go wrong. The banter is always entertaining and the place is always poppin so make sure to book in advance.

I went in with a picture of the haircut I wanted. Marcus ended up giving me a haircut. It was a fairly basic haircut. I left with something resembling that haircut that's too small for my head. I have a rather large head so now rather than my haircut hiding the fact I have a large head it emphasizes it. I keep looking at the picture of the haircut I wanted and think "wow that's a cool haircut." then I look in the mirror and think "what the F*** is this?" To top things off they don't take cards there. Or advertise this fact. Luckily you can go up the road and pay a fee to use the atm. How well thought out. Apparently it's too much effort to get a free card reader from paypal.... I'm giving 2 stars because the haircut itself was professionally done and if it was the haircut you wanted it'd be a good haircut. Still if I went to a restaurant and ordered a hamburger and they brought out a chicken dish I'd be upset regardless of how good the chicken dish was.

Called and asked if they accept walk ins and was told yes walked over and then was told “not today” hours before they close. Guy was super rude and didn’t even offer to let me make an appointment. Was not aware so ran next door to ATM. Not a problem but hate asking someone to wait while I get cash. Just something I didn't know before I went. Will know next time.

$25 plus tip ($30), for an incomplete haircut. I was rushed out of the seat because the barber (Joe) had a client that had an appointment after he agreed to cut my hair. Asked him to finish sideburns. He ignored. And rushed me out. The serious sticker shock when he charged me $25. For a simple fade. No touching the top. Or shave. I got this for $15+tip in NYC!!! Seriously fellas. Get a price list. Or charge accordingly for the haircut. And please no canned responses from the guy who runs their social, about being sorry. I’ll never go back.....

Went there today for first time and sat with Marcus. Asked for a fade and beard trim. Both came out looking clean and dope. His lines are so straight you'd swear he used a level. Anyone complaining about getting their haircut wrong need to take a look in the mirror. Like literally look at the mirror. If you aren't getting the cut you want it's okay to say so during the haircut not after you leave.

If you want a trendy look and barbers that know what they are doing, go here. It's a small shop so make sure you make an appointment. But you will be in good hands, they are fast and clearly know what they are doing and know current hair styles and looks. I cut my hair with Lee and he is great. I'm very picky with my cut and look and he nailed it. Definitely going back on bi-weekly basis.
