I drive far to get to the Billionaires Barbershop, bypassing multiple other barber shops because of the quality of the cut they give you. My grandfather once owned the only black owned barbershop in Tuskegee, Alabama back in the 60’s throughout and early 80’s so I recognize barbers who give QUALITY cuts. I first started going by myself and now I bring my sons to get their haircut as well.

I have been a customer of BB for over a year. To be honest I've been annoyed a number of times when I arrive for my "SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT" (usually between 8 & 8:30 am) only to find another customer in the chair; mind you I arrived ON TIME for my appointment and I end up having to wait about 20-30 minutes. WHY bother schedule an appointment if you're not going to adhere to it? Now, to my most recent disappointment, I went in to get a shape up (not a hair cut) this morning (10/19/19) only to find out there was an increase in the price for a shape up...from $15.00 to $20.00 and the price for a haircut from $30.00 to $35.00.....Seriously?!! This is RIDICULOUS!! There was not a VISIBLE/EYE CATCHING/ATTENTION GETTING sign informing customers of the price increase. There was a notice on a regular size 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper. It is not your current customers' fault that one of your barber shops have closed down. It is not fair to your current customers to absorb the cost for you making the decision to close one of your barber shops. If the price for a shape up remains at $20.00 and $35.00 for a haircut I'll be going to another shop!!! Another thing I don't have any little ones but $25.00 is absolutely ridiculous for a CHILD'S haircut.

I get a fresh cut, I get my hair braided, and I bring my daughter to get her hair done as well. I’ve felt welcome from day one. The customer service is superb, great conversation. Although the cuts are excellent. I come here bc it’s more then just a barbershop.

Marcus exceeded my expectations from day one and I'm proud to say this is my barber going on 4 years now. He is not only a barber but an advocate for youth as well. Experienced 5 cuts here. Good people, horrible service. Not once was I seated at the time my booking was confirmed for. Even waited close to half an hour once. Just went in tonight to find my barber getting lined up while he had his client getting shampooed. His client finished and the barber was still getting lined up and he still had to finish his client and this is 20 mins past my booking. Customer service should always be the priority for any business. It’s not here

I have been going to this barbershop for over a year and the reason why I give the barbershop three stars is because of my barber Greg and Troy's welcoming etiquette they show to everyone. I don't understand why it cost 20 dollars for a shape up and 35 dollars for a haircut I think that is ridiculous. I go on a regular and never complain but these prices are insane. I know I can go somewhere else but my barber Greg is really good and it's hard to find someone that listens and works with you. But with no disrespect I will find another barbershop to go to that have better prices and better customer service. Some of the staff walk in and don't speak and then want a tip when they do a service for you. I think these prices for a haircut and or a shape up are INSANE and RIDICULOUS.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! The environment was welcoming, the shop was clean, and the people are friendly. I knew when i walked in the door that i was at the right place. I absolutely adore Nicki. That girl has talent!!!! I have natural hair and really wanted to go platinum blonde and she did just that. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair care health and the way it looks I highly recommend her. I can tell she takes her work serious. She was very attentive to my needs and gave amazing at home recommendations. I was there 2 weeks ago and my hair still looks FLAWLESS!!!

I travel often as a Flight Attendant, we are always in the public eye and it’s important that we are well groomed to name a few. One of the challenges I may face is being at a City and trying to find a good Barbershop!! Not knowing if the Barber is skillful in their craft or my latino hair type. Well let me say “Billionaires Barbershop” is one of the BEST experiences I had at a Barbershop, the staff was professional, the shop was very clean, and very well managed!!! My barber “ICE” was exceptionally talented, and for cutting my hair for the first time, he nailed it !!! My cut is better than my regular barber back home. In addition to the cut, they offer hair wash and hot facial towel service which is included in the cost of the haircut “Full Service” and unique to Billionaires Barbershop. You can also book your appointment using their exclusive app. Lastly, just wanted to say a job well done overall and thank you for the experience. Very inconsistent haircuts. Too busy joking around and talking to focus on giving someone a good haircut. As a white man I felt like I wasn’t welcome there and I didn’t receive the same quality haircut as men of color.

The owner deleted his nasty response to my post. He didn't attempt to rectify the matter, but stated that he was glad I left. Terrible business practice. Can I give 1/2 star or less? BAD BUSINESS - Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time and asked if we could walk in and was told yes. I confirmed the shop closing time. My son and I came in at 5:45 and waited for 30 minutes. At 6:15 The owner asked that we come back at 7:30. We left and came back at 7:30 and waited another 45 minutes. We sat patiently, listening to him talk about sports and complain about not cooking for memorial day. After 45 minutes, we left, he didn't care or acknowledge that we had waited for so long. We will not be back. This barber shop is right up the street. I'd rather drive to our old barber on the other side of town. Customer service gets a -10. I hate terrible customer service. I will not patronize any Billionaire's barbershops moving forward. Don't advertise walk-in service if you're incapable of accommodating such. Just because a customer walks in doesn't mean it's okay to have them wait more than 2 hours. I wasted more than 2 hours of a my time and I don't like my time wasted. This was not the first time I had been to this barbershop, but the final time I deal with the bad service. Regardless of you being exhausted..yadayada....it's not an excuse. That's the price you pay as a business owner. If you're going to complain about your responsibilities as such then you may need to rethink your decision. It's called BAD BUSINESS. When you're exhausted, you get sloppy. Good customer service means telling the customer that I am booked and would it be okay if someone else cuts your son's hair. I asked for the only barber that has cut my son's hair on two occasions. Waiting 2 hours is UNACCEPTABLE. His regular barber always gets 5 stars, customer loyalty and better tips.

I need a barber who takes their time to get things right, who is available, knows what they are doing and how to get me the look I am wanting without me having to draw them a picture, and above all, a barber who takes my appointment times seriously. I’ve been going to this shop for always 2 month now since my old barber moved out of state . Each time I’m left with a excellent cut, which surprise me cause I’m very difficult to line up. I went to my old shop one time because I got my appointment date mixed up and it was a disaster. Moral of the story, always go where they do excellent work even if you have to wait and that’s what you get here at this shop. Marcus always does great work. Customer for life.
