My barber shop of choice for 5 years running now. Prices cant be beat, and Rubin is not only my trusted barber, but is a great guy to talk to & a friend. I've got my hair cut elsewhere a few times over the past 5 years, and paid much more for cuts that surely were not as good. Do yourself a favor, and get your hair cut here.

This place never disappoints. Even during the lunch rush you'll rarely wait more than 5 minutes. I have had haircuts from almost everyone here and they've all been really good. The price is unbeatable - especially when you consider it includes a neck razor and hot towel. They actually will listen to exactly what you need and will get it done in no time. Its no frills and straight to the point. I don't mind it being cash only since the price and service is so good.

The price is unbeatable. The quality is pretty good. Just have your haircut done by younger barbers. Usually they are working at first 4-5 chairs closest to the entrance. Seriously, for 13 bucks, you get a good quality haircut practically not waiting and wasting your time. No appointments needed. The place itself is not a shic salon but who cares, if it is clean and hospitable place. Try and you will enjoy.

I go here every two months to get a haircut after letting my hair grow. The price is $13. They have a row of about ten barbers so you don't really have to wait that long. They also give a hot towel head massage when they finish to clean hair particles.

One of the cheapest haircuts around at $13 for a men's cut. The walls are pretty bland with not much going on, but don't get too distracted by the somewhat sterile atmosphere and lighting. You'll struggle to find a better haircut for that price point. They always have enough staff and Barber chairs on hand so you likely will never have to wait (on a weekday, at least). If you're in the area, I'd recommend making this your haircut spot.

The worst barber in the world and worst haircut in my life I put picture of my hair before and after haircut . .. even the owner disrespectful he made me feel I doing this because I don't wanna pay ! I lost my hair because you employ crazy barber working with you and after that I give him the money and go because I felt it's my bad to choose that barber and I'm confused because they have a good rating !!!!! This is a great shop and I stop in to get a cut every few weeks. I always get the haircut that I want. Sometimes, I toss in a couple extra bucks for hot lather shaver with a straight razor which comes with a neck massage.

I've been getting my hair cut/shaved with these guys for over twenty years now. When I started with them they were in a smaller space in the Fulton street subway stop. In the beginning it was convenient because I worked in the neighborhood, however I now work on Staten Island about 10 minutes away from my house, and I still make the effort to come get my haircut and shave once a week with these guys. I’m loyal because they are the best. As a black man, my skin is very susceptible to razor bumps, and when I initially began working on Staten Island I tried one barber after another, and none of them were able to shave and cut me without subjecting me to irritating razor bumps. I learned my lesson. I could move to Jersey, and I’ll still come to these guys, they are quite simple the best!! I selfishly refuse to inform the readers who my barber is because she is too much in demand as it is, and I would only be increasing my wait time if I revealed who she is.
