Dimitri is the only barber in the city that not only cares about how you look, but also about how you feel. He works with you to give you something that is between what you thought you wanted and what he knows is best - the outcome of which always exceeds my expectations. Great great place! Could not recommend it more.

My biggest complaint is the shop doesn't appear to be clean. They end the cut with a hot towel over your head and a scalp massage. The problem is the towels are old and appear to be dirty and unwashed. Next time I'm only getting the cut.

I went into Royal Barber Shop showed Jay what I wanted it and he executed the haircut to perfection! Quality service, years of experience and great pricing. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the detail they give... straight razor shaves on the neck for instance. But when I say buzz on the sides and not too short on the top with scissors that's what I mean... now I'm looking like a conehead unless I really pat my hair down. The guy getting his beard trimmed next to me seemed to have the same issue with following directions.

First time was okay but today was my second time and Ia different person cut my hair. I got the worst haircut I’ve ever got by far. Nothing of what I asked for was done. He was so distracted all the time and finished the whole thing in 10 minuets. What made it worse, that after he was done the other barber who seemed to be the manager, started talking to the person who was cutting my hair in another language and he was mainly talking about how he ruined my cut as they were both were pointing and looking at my hair which I found very unprofessional not to mention disrespectful. Never going back there.

I went there today for the first time, because I found a groupon and it was an awesome experience. As a guy we don't want to spend all day for a haircut and this place was perfect. It only took about 20 minutes total. Alex sat me right down and asked what I wanted. Very professional. One of the best fades I've ever had. My hair is thin and tough to fade correctly. The hot shave on the back of my neck and warm towel was awesome too. I highly recommend it.
