Hung out on the East coast for a week and stopped by the Park Ave Barbershop for a lifestyle change of a haircut. The guys were excellent and cut me up nice making sure to perfect the details. $42 for a straight razor shave, cut, and trim is definitely a reasonable price. Wish they had a place to clean my hair before they styled it to get rid of those annoying small pieces that everyone hates, but in a small local shop like this you take what you can get. The atmosphere definitely made you forget those inconveniences though. And I would highly recommend the shop, and will revisit, when I'm in NYC.

Been here multiple times for a cut and it's always quality. Prices are extremely fair, if not better than others in the area. Recently another customer took my jacket by mistake. The guys made sure to get in touch with the other customer and get my jacket back ASAP. Stand up people and highly recommended! Will continue to go here on a regular basis.

In the back of a shoe shop kinda barber shop, when I walked in the were three barbers working away, with 3 customers waiting, I got my cut within 15 minutes of walking in even with a pain in the ass customer razzing one of the barbers. They were nice enough and quick, which I appreciate. Would probably use them again.

I’m almost 45 and don’t have much hair left. (Thanks, dad!) But i finally found the world’s best barber shop. It’s tiny and unassuming and cheap, and you’d never know it’s good until you go. But trust me. To find it, I read reviews just like you are doing now. Also like you, I was all “I can’t believe a review, right?” So I stopped in thinking what’s the worst thing that could happen? It’ll grow back. Maybe. Sure enough, best decision I ever made. Go.

Facts: The barber was rude and not paying attention to your hair when doing the cutting. Also he rubs the razors hard on the head back and forth like mown the lawn and that almost made me bleed.

Not only is it falsely advertised online that students are $20, which I ended up paying $27 (not including tip). I leave only to find my neck itching and come home to discover that the man who cut my hair gave me terrible razor burn on my neck! There’s red marks and a little bit of blood. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I was looking for a good place and was hoping maybe this would be the one, NOPE. Now I have to wash it and apply medicine to make sure it doesn’t get infected. I went to the 23rd/24th Love ocation.
