Eddie did an awesome job with low skin fade and textured top, would definitely come back. Haircut included hot towel shave and styled it as well. Clean place with classic barber shop vibe. Also got a 9 haircut get 1 free card which is neat. Would recommend this place, haven't used the other guys yet but would definitely recommend Eddie.

The staff here are all polite & professional. I would definitely this place. I moved to the city relatively recently and was happy to find Kenny here. He does a great job and makes me feel confident in my appearance.

I have to say Gotham City Barber Shop has the most professional barbers in Hells Kitchen/Columbus Circle area. Their expertise CANNOT be matched with anyone. Do not be surprised to see high profile people sitting on the chairs getting their cuts. The barbers take their time to listen to you make sure they master their craft. The shop is clean and a friendly environment. The shop is very clean and well organized. Their tools are clean not like other shops where they do not take their time to clean their machines. The music is also great, an added plus. When there is a wait I DO NOT mind waiting because I know quality cuts TAKE TIME I recommend these barbers to anyone who appreciates a great haircut. Always walkout of this shop feeing satisfied.

This is a fantastic barber shop. I tried many different places around Hell's Kitchen before discovering this place and I've been coming here ever since. All the friends I have suggested this place to have also quickly become repeat customers. All the barbers who have cut my hair here are really high-caliber and give a lot of attention to detail. I've gotten the most haircuts from Edward in particular as he's almost always been there when I walk in on weekday mornings; he is incredibly meticulous and does a great job taking what you ask for to the next level. I really cannot recommend Gotham City Barber Shop highly enough.
