You can do a lot better for a haircut for $50 on the same block. Mine wasn't great. Also didn't get a good vibe that the barbers are watching TV. Low energy and not paying attention

Had possibly the best haircut of my life from this barbershop. Was travelling from Australia around New York City, this barbershop was suggested by a barber back home and it lived up to the hype. The staff were friendly, chatty, and gave a good haircut in a timely manner. If I ever need a haircut in NYC again I would only go to this barbershop. It is expensive, but for the quality of the haircut and the attention to detail they give, along with the suggestion of what would suit you personally, it was worth every penny.
