I ended up having to wait for my appointment because of a mix up with an earlier client but Megan was well worth the wait!!! Great haircut, amazing beard trim, attention to detail ... couldn't be happier as a first time customer. I'll definitely be back.

Made an appointment and was ten minutes late. I left a meeting in Brooklyn to make the appointment. The barber, Joy, was rude and visibly annoyed that I was ten minutes late. I offered to walk around the store and shop to kill some time if she needed to push me back, she told me "no, it would have been better if you were 5 minutes early instead of ten minutes late because we are back to back today". She was so rude I just left. Really bad vibes. I just logged on their website and there are several appointment availabilities today so was she lying? Weird. I'm wearing a Pride tshirt and feel like for the first time ever that I received some micro homophobia at Barney's. It's a bad way to feel. I didn't get a haircut but I did have an interaction with the Blind Barber inside of Barney's and I highly, highly recommend avoiding them at all cost. If you are expecting the same level of service that you receive inside the actual Barney's store.....think again. My money will be spent elsewhere. Yours should too.

I've tried many places throughout Manhattan and this is hands down the best place in NYC to get a haircut. Barber Nick Belmonte kills it every time. Professionally done, clean environment, fantastic attention to detail & you get a complimentary beverage! Can't recommend it enough. Need a great cut? Look no further... and do yourself a favor and ask for Nick!

A fast and good beard trim. However, there wasn't too much discussion of what I wanted, maintenance or future plans or conversation in general. A good cut, but didn't have the features that would keep me coming back.

Absolutely love this place! First off just fun to walk into Barney's and not even look to buy anything. Just walk into the back downstairs like a boss for a great cut. Matt has always helped me out and never fails to deliver. I dig anyplace that I can have a glass of whiskey while my hair is done. Best barbers in town!
