I've been coming to Joel since he worked at a prior barber shop. Him and his wife are super friendly and I have NEVER had a bad haircut here. Super accommodating and nice. I live in Rio Rancho and travel out of my way just to get a hair cut here.

Sammy is the best! I followed from her last place and I am so excited that she was able to open such a lovely place with a great atmosphere. Sammy is a really good hair stylist, and it's great that she is a super nice, fun person to boot! My hair cuts always grow out nicely. She does such a good job that the cuts don't start to look shaggy even if I don't get the next haircut as early as I should. I've gone to previous stylists that cut corners and aren't as thorough - you can tell because the cut doesn't hold up over time. Not so with Sammy's cuts! She's great!

If I could rate it 6 stars I would, hands down the best barbershop I've been to in 15-20 years. More than a barber but an artist, Joel and his crew are the prime example of everything a barber shop should be. For an on point barber I think I found my new weekly stop. Best barbershop in Albuquerque! Joel and his barber staff are all excellent. All of them are very personable and professional. I've never once left disappointed. Joel has been my barber the entire time I have lived in New Mexico, and he has been on point every single time. He is also an artist, so it is very neat and unique to have your hair cut by an actual artist. The other barbers that work there are just as equally talented, and I have not seen or heard of any upset customers.
