Clearly, you lack the intelligence to grasp the concept that you may have to wait, and be patient during your cut as tailoring and precision shouldn't be speedy in the first place. - ER doc

My Mother in law needed to shave her head because she had lost so much due to her treatments for her health. Her hair was very patchy and it made her very sad. Mark of Mark Daniel Barbershop has become her hero! My fiancé took her here because he comes here for a great shave and knew he was the one who had to take care of her. He made her feel very special and told her she looked beautiful and he admired her... She is still talking about the experience and we cannot thank Mark enough for making her forget about why she was cutting it all off and simply celebrating her strength! This is a wonderful, kind and caring establishment and they do a great job too! My Rich always looks terrific when he comes home from one of Mark's shaves...Kudo's

This has become my "go to" barber shop. Based on my wife's opinion, I come home looking the best when I've gotten my haircut here. Not to mention the espresso or even a shot of whisky while I wait. Such a cool place with some very cool barbers that are always the best to talk to.

I have been a customer for sometime now. The other day I brought my 2.5 y/o son for his scheduled appointment. As always, Mark Daniel did an AMAZING JOB!!!! My son is still talking about it. But the more important standout for me, was one of the barbers (Sam) overheard me say I really needed a haircut soon as well. He took it upon himself to stay, after his work day had ended, and gave me an equally amazing haircut. He did not need to do that, but I truthfully appreciated the gesture, and as always was certainly ecstatic by the professionalism he exuded and generosity with his OWN TIME! The Barbers at this shop are 100% the best around. PS-I traveled an hour to bring my son already. I believe I will be continuing to drive that far to these guys in the future. No reason to save 45 mins of a trip to somebody closer, if I can’t trust the cut, and I’m paying the same price. GREAT WORK AS ALWAYS GUYS!!! A big stand out thanks to Mark and Sam!!!! -Anthony

Been here twice now, and the last haircut I got from Bill was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Razer burn all over my neck. Looking terrible on vacation. I'll never be back. Do not go here.

Its my go to. Super cool guys in a super cool environment and they do it right. I get my beard trimmed by Mike on a regular basis and each and every time my girl friend LOVES the work he does....I do too. Frequent use of hot and cold towels advanced creams and balms. You take a seat and immediately are offered an espresso or something, these guys do it right!!! I think the prices are fair and the service excellent!!!

I sat down for almost an hour "getting a haircut" when I got up I felt like I still needed a haircut. I'm not saying the whole place is a bad place to get a haircut just be careful which barber you pick.

Twice over the past month I've *tried* to stop in within an hour of closing for a shape up. Both times there was more than one barber in there, both doing nothing and twice I was denied service. All I needed was a 15 min shape up but I was told both times "we're closing soon". First time was 45 mins before closing and second was 30. I get that I'm coming in at the end of the day without an appointment but you mean to tell me between 3 guys they can't find 15 mins to shape me up? They must have enough business where they don't need mine. You're not the only show in town, fellas. Do better.

This is my favorite barber shop ever!!!!! I have been to many barber shops in NJ and without a doubt in my mind this has to be the best one of them all. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a smile and offered water, coffee and if you're up for it a shot of whiskey. The shop is well kept and has a modern aesthetic to it. All the barbers are fantastic but my guy is Bill. This man really knows how cut hair and really takes care of you. He welcomes you with a warm smile and treats you like family. The attention to detail he puts to your hair is insane. He really takes his time and makes sure he does everything perfectly. And fella's if you need to get your beard trimmed I highly recommend getting it done from him. My beard has never looked better and stays fresh for over a month. To make it even better the hot/cold towel treatment is the cherry on top. I always leave the shop smiling knowing that I got an amazing cut. I live an hour away from the shop but the trip is always worth it. Remember to bring cash because at the moment they DON"T take card. It may seem a bit expensive but trust me, with this quality and care, every penny is worth it.

This place lacks professionalism. Usually in other places an appointment is respected. Here you wait for half an hour while the barber takes on other people who have come after you, goes for a smoke break, uses the restroom and then happens to remember there's a customer to be served. Unfortunately a shot of whisky is not going to offset the lack of professionalism and pathetic customer service. Go elsewhere.

Great barber shop. Knowledgeable barbers who asked questions through ALL steps of the cut to ensure I was happy throughout so things could be adjusted as he went. Offered a water/espresso/whiskey when I arrived. Straight razor and hot towel at the end of the cut. Price is fine. Highly recommend.
